I absolutely love Latitudes and have purchased a few large pieces from here and the Broadway location. It's not cheap-but as I like to say, "buy once, cry once". Quality beautiful pieces that are unique. The only reason I give it a 4 star is the customer service at this location is lacking. One of the women is dry and pretty unfriendly to be honest. Felt very judgy. Our most recent purchase was a large sofa sectional that is stunning and amazing quality. I highly recommend.The Broadway location always has exceptional service.

My husband went in the store to purchase an onyx lamp for a gift. This lamp is really heavy and pretty pricey. He took the lamp to the counter and the cashier was on her cell phone. My husband had to wait over 5 minutes for her to get off. Than he asked the cashier to wrap the onyx lamp. She told him they had no bubble wrap or boxes for it. Than proceeded to tell him there our no returns even if it gets damaged in the car ride due to the store not having anything to help transport the item. This is poor customer service and I am shocked with a company that sells nice furniture that they would not have bubble wrap to protect smaller items or value.

Just moved to Arizona, and a family member told us about your place and we were so glad that she did! We found a great dresser, headboard and having a table made with the dimensions we want. If you're looking for great quality and beautiful pieces for your home, this is your place, I guarantee you won't want to shop anyplace else!
