Latitude Catering

Here is the face of a man who likes cooked meat and fresh food. And I give latitude catering 2 thumbs down.

Week 3 if this crap at fire camp. Tonight Special Under cooked barbecue chicken! Still pink! Almost tops last nights pink hamburgers.

The food sucks. They do wildland fire catering and it tastes terrible. I'd rather stave. Undercooked meat most nights. Are they trying to kill firefighters?

This is the best food I have ever had on a fire. The manager Carole is so nice and accommodating. Every meal I had filled me up and was better than what I would get back home at a restaurant. Also chris and Alex were great, spent hours shooting the chatting with them. Wish every camp used latitude.
