Jokers here. Booked Oil Change full synth ad price $69.99 double checking ad price 2x before hanging up. Arrived 930A, checked in,same guy that made our appt comes over to get our details and first tries to sell us a PKG deal for 3 services for $79 ea.. No thx (that's more than what you booked us in for today) Oh but your pricing is $99.99, huh? adding $69.99 is "Happy Hr pricing only available AFTER 1PM" ?!! Then why book us in at 930A to drop car? But after standing ground, no worries he would "take care of us" with the special pricing. Then the next Joke, there's currently a 3.5hr wait so you may want to run some errands rn. With what? You have our car. Didn't bother asking again as they told us no courtesy service to nearby mall, etc, when we made 'the appointment and who has 5-6 hrs to kill to change oil? Enough of this comedy outfit, instead took our business back to Borst Automotive on Swan where I asked my hubby to make appt initially as they took such great care of us first timers. Even offered shuttle to nearby mall or elsewhere within reason upon arrival, having previously changed full synth oil on our Maserati Levante for under $118..Marc the mgr booked us a week out and told us up front it will take 2 hrs and pre-booked our shuttle to run errands. Sorry to say but Larry Miller VW has awful scheduling and customer service, very deceitful. Waste of time & energy driving 25 mi there.

Poor service department. Three days for check engine light. They told me to take it to another VW dealer, if I don't want to wait.Sales department was great. Wonder how long an oil change takes?

This is the first dealership I've been to where I felt right at home. The guys here are so welcoming and genuine. I just had my second maintenance for my Jetta and both times they had me in and out quickly! I love that the do a complimentary car wash with each service too. Great work to everyone who works there, you guys are awesome!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have had nothing but maintenance issues, since buying my 2024 Atlas CrossSport in April. Dealing with the maintenance manager, Marcus, is like dealing with a doorknob. I have repeatedly had to bring my car in for the SAME issues, with no resolution. His lack of concern and accountability for himself and his technicians is frightening. I spent over $60K on a crap vehicle, from a crap dealership, with crap service. Run far, far away from this dealership and frankly, VW.Without question, I will NEVER purchase from VW again.

When I bought my 2018 volkswagen beetle brand new, I kept up my maintainance and took really good care of it. About 2 years ago it seemed that after I got my oil changes that things started to go wrong. They always said they were doing and inspections and then shortly after they cleared the car stating the car was in good shape....A extremely high priced problem accursed literally out of no where as if someone was tampering with my car. Since the beetle has been discontinued I went for an oil change leaks started to happen with the oil, coolant and they told me that the fan is broken 2 months later after not driving it alt in those 2 months. I drove it over and the told me it would be 3600.00 and they had to car to offer so I could get to work. I told them I don't have that kind of money. I said so I have no car? They said I could trade it in but ya I have no car. Clearly they wanted to get my car to resale as everytime I went there?, they offered a price to buy my car. So I took the car to a European repair shop and they quoted less than half that price with financing for the portion I dont have. Something has changed at Larry Miller and they have turned into money first mentality and don't care about people and how their actions hurt people and clearly will take every cent they can squeeze out of you. It almost seems like they sabotage your car so you have to come back and be forced to trade in or go in debt with another car. Really, not a good place to go for any repairs or car buying.

Read the reviews for the service department, I wish I did. I showed up for my oil change appointment and the wait was 2.5 hours. What's the point of an appointment if the wait is this long? I would understand if I were a walk in. I have never been to another dealership with a wait this long for an oil change...

Update: Day 66 I still do not have my vehicle back from LHM. Parts supposedly fedex'd a week ago.. funny now its coming from ft worth. The story goes on. VW declined my buyback. Why? No explanation given. Unacceptable. It's under warranty, been out of service 66 days and counting, catastrophic transmission failure, 36k miles.. They offered 1500 for a "sorry". Is this a company you want to do business with? I would highly suggest some research. Too many other options. You don't provide parts for the warranty repairs and then don't do right by your customer?
