I purchased a new vehicle on line with minimal contact with the salesman, however Joe V did an outstanding job in processing the purchase. He was efficient and responsive to answer any and all questions I had.The whole process took less than 3 hours which is impressive considering the usual day long process of buying a vehicle. I recommend this dealership but learn the process.

1/25/24...I purchased new exhaust manifolds from Amazon for just over $300.00 and then I brought my vehicle to Brake Max. Honestly, they did an outstanding job removing my old manifolds, gaskets, and broken bolts and placed brand new manifolds, gaskets, and 10.4 grade manifold bolts instead of the cheap 8.2 grade bolts that Ram places that snap easily after the manifolds warp. Larry H. Miller Ram Dealership stated Ram fixed the warping issue on my 2018 Ram Hemi Rebel (please see irrefutable evidence in the video I posted). Brake Max charged me $707.00 for the exact same job Larry H. Miller quoted me $1538.48. That's just over twice the amount and Larry H. Miller was going to put my warped manifolds right back .Do NOT let this dealership work on your vehicles!!!! Take it to Brake Max, or a family owned automotive garage.***Unable to place video because it's not supported on Yelp. My manifolds were approximately 3-4 mm warped/uneven***

Recommend: Really try to utilize any other dealership. This one gets it wrong more times than right.Purchasing a $65K vehicle, much less ANY other vehicle more or less in cost should bear NO difference on expectation, but even as much, this dealership literally fails at everything within their Service Department. The Service Department is certainly, one of the worst scenarios I've seen across this globe. The unmatched failure to communicate, call customers back, work delays, excuses, misdirection of faults, arguing warranties, poor UN-AIR CONDITIONED maintenance bays for the mechanics and the list just goes on and on. The Reviews are certainly indicators here that no one at this dealership is even looking at. Despite that, I've REALLY tried to keep positive views throughout the last three years of business here but in truth, the hard working Staff here are being hindered by the faulty ones causing this malevolent and magnanimous level of disfunction.I believe in an era where communication skills are needed, are at an all time high, it would be amazing the GM of this dealership would ACTIVELY take a look at this and start revitalizing this entire formula. It's way overdue.

Terrible communication -do you guys not want to sell your vehicles? I was contacting Triston about a car I was interested in and would constantly have to text reminders to get an update. I got a quote, had a mechanic check out the car, and was ready to purchase. A whole day passes with radio silence. I texted him today and he tells me the car sold. WHEN THE FUCK were you gonna tell me this??? I understand I was waiting on an updated final price (which I already stated I was going to go through and pay cash), and that things can happen within that span of time, but to not even give me this update is fucking insane.

They do NOT work with Carshield Auto Warranty. Why? No idea! Therefore, I cannot review their quality of service because they flat out do not work with my aftermarket warranty company!

This was my first time getting service at a dealership. I thought that for higher prices I would get better service, but I was wrong. I made an appointment for drop off. When I showed up it took them 20 minutes to find the person I was supposed to talk to. There was a "glass guy" loitering around the drop off trying to convince me to replace my windshield. After dropping off I heard nothing for three business days, so I started calling everyday. Each time I called the service rep said he would call me back. He never did. After a week they finally get around to doing an inspection. I had two issues that I wanted them to check out. They give me decent quote for the more serious issue, a very expensive quote for the minor issue, and then quotes for regular maintenance that I didn't need or ask for. I accepted the quote for the more serious issue. 20 minutes later the service rep calls me (the first time he ever reached out to me). And he tells me they "forgot to include the price for the part," and tells me the price will be double what they quoted me. I mean I think every quote should have parts and labor so I don't know how they were supposed to "forget" the parts. I suspect that they doubled the price because I did not take the rest of their overpriced services. I rejected the new price and asked if I could pick up my car. When I picked up the car I was charged an inspection fee, of several hundred dollars which would be reasonable if their inspection was actually right. They correctly diagnosed the first problem, but were wrong on the second.I took the car to a reasonable mechanic who was able to fix both problems in a single day, for less than half the quoted price from the dealership, and with excellent customer service. It was nice to be treated like a person rather than a mark.

My 2020 Dodge Durango was purchased in December 2019. This place is outrageous. They want to sell you every warranty in the world to mankind. The dealers add one, like window tinting, china floor mats, scraps on the door frames, nitrogen in the tires.(It's not an airplane, it will never fly.)Substandard parts, scratches in clear coat. chips in the windshield. It never ends with this dealership. Push you to buy three pre paid oil changes for $160.00. Last week was going to get an oil change and it had expire. Less than one month.(Expired May 2024.)October 2023 brought my car in A/C was running hot, 20 ounces low onfreon. They want to charge me $2870 to change the front evaporative core, service A/ C unit. Warranties are horrible. Vehicle had less then 14,000 miles.Three years old. NO customer service. Dodge does not stand behind their brand name. Arrived home some rude women from Dodge Corporation called just because,I did not answer my phone. She closed the claim out

David (Service) and Aaron (Electrical Repair) did a fantastic job diagnosing an electrical issue between the factory trailer plug and an install from a hitch dealer. Not only did they fix the factory plug but diagnosed a loose connection to the other plug to make the entire system work again. Great customer service, and did it with a smile.

what could I say, I was sold a truck and like all vehicles it had some issues in the end. I was smart enough to get the 36 month warrant, that has come in handy and I have a good working truck. so I am happy in the end

The finance department applied for so many loans for me that they locked up my ability to get a loan in the first place. They only told me they'd apply to a select few. Do not recommend this dealership as they only want to pad their pockets and not actually help a customer out.
