Buyer beware
Original issue and why I had it towed into the service department. The sway bar was metal on metal with the steering linkage.
Sway bar connection now bent on 8/24 (picture courtesy of Taeylor the technician)

Before throttle body cleaning charged by Larry Miller, Jeep but not done!
I got to ring the bell because I just purchased my brand new 2016 Jeep Patriot from Harry Easby at Larry H. Miller Jeep!
They test drove it and no one even bothered to tell me it was cracked, they handed me my keys as if I wouldn't notice.
2020 Jeep Renegade, Latitude, Alpine White
Clean as a whistle.
This is a scam, they just want more money for another repair which they caused in the first place. Of course this isn't under warranty.
The comfy chairs
Windshield arms replaced incorrectly by mobile windshield repair company before Larry Miller service center correctly fixed them.

Can't complain. I only have experience with the service department, and I haven't had any issues.

We took our Jeep Trailhawk to Larry Miller for repairs because it is on an extended warranty. We received a text describing what needed to be done which included a replacement of the motor mounts which were "starting to leak" before it could safely be driven. We spoke with Taeylor Stevens, service advisor, who said everything would be taken care of under the warranty and it would cost $100 co-pay. When we picked up our jeep the next day, we were charged $2000. They said the motor mount issue was a leak, not a drip, and therefore not covered, even though they said it was dangerous to drive without repairs. We have everything documented and in writing, except the verbal statement by their service advisor who told us over the phone that everything was covered.

Watch out for these guys. Recommended service of over $2,000 that wasn't needed on my vehicle. Asked for a call from a manager. Never got one.

Very rude and unwelcoming. Don't not deal with LHM you will be fighting for your life with them. And don't get me started on the service department. All I can say is trash. They lied about my warranty and what it covers. I've Been trying to talk to someone for days and nothing, I've left voicemails. I guess I have just show up in order to talk to someone. I know all of Tucson is not out there buying a jeep today smh. Don't buy a jeep from here. Update if one screw falls off you have to replace the whole sound bar with different screws. If you buy a Jeep, check the sun-visors because they're trash. If they know it's a reoccurring problem why don't they fix the issue.

My husband went in to this location on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We have been looking to buy a Jeep gladiator for awhile and were impressed with the inventory and price. He came home, we discussed and decided to do it. The kids were all super excited for daddy's new truck! I went back with him to the dealership that night and started to sign all the papers. This dealership did the typical last minute "hiccup" and said they had misquoted the price. They raised the price nearly 4k and would not honor the sale price at the last minute! We walked away, that is the worst case of bait and switch!I would 100% not recommend buying your jeep at this dealership. Dishonest and greedy sales people. Shame on you.

We get the oil changed on our Sante Fe here. We bought the vehicle at a Larry H Miller dealership in the Phoenix area, but it's easier for us to do oil changes here in Tucson. There have been times in the past where I've waited at the service department while they did it, and that got pretty long. This time they offered to pay for an uber to take me back home and then pick me up when it was done. It took about 1.5 hours, but this time I was able to get some things done at home while waiting. That definitely made the entire experience much better. We bought a 3 oil change package for a reasonable price. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable.

Wow, Larry W. I am reading the reviews and I have to say nothing you have done is change the course here I'm not even located near your business and I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. However, after reading all these reviews, I can see that this is absolute failure for management, and ownership on behalf of all the viewers, what do you have to say for yourself? How does your dealership even stay in business with such poor reviews and from what it appears nothing has changed for months/years and continuation of failure is nothing short of lack of honor and integrity Seriously what does Larry Miller have to say about this? 2.5 stars are horrific reviews that reflects the discipline of ownership and the blame stops at the top.Why would I come by $100,000 truck from a company like this?

Avoid this service location. Spent $625 for repair of TPM, Transmission & Parking Brake service lights. Service intake was seamless. The admin gave great advise how to drop the vehicle off. All down hill from there. Service Manager Taeylor Stevens worse communications ever experienced. Days went by without an update, until repeatedly reaching out after the 4th day of zero responses.7 miles from the repair shop the TPM error light came back on. 15 miles from the repair shop the vehicle died in traffic. After several minutes, I was able to get the car started and scarcely made it home. Minutes after dropping $625 on the problems, the car is not functional or safe to drive. A Jeep Cherokee being repaired by the Jeep shop foreman, according to Taeylor - why?During our first conversation Taeylor asked for a list of recent repairs, to which I provided (I thought this was odd). The repairs were done by Firestone within 2 weeks of this service and included engine mounts, 4-tire replacement and wheel alignment. When the final bill was complete, these 3 recommendations were made from Larry H. Miller. When I asked Taeylor why they would recommend services I told him were done 2 weeks prior, he tap danced and then answered we just put them on the service tickets as recommended - how does that make sense?!?!? I sincerely believe zero work was done on my Jeep and this shop ripped me off. Will they refund the money, most likely not!If you want your money's worth DO NOT take your car here!

We called to request a replacement key for our Jeep Wrangler and were told one was in stock. The webpage indicates they are open until 7 and at no time speaking with the service department were we informed otherwise. We arrived at 4 and to the department at 4:01 to find that it was closed. Another customer was also there trying to get in. Another employee arrived only to tell us that everyone had already left. When we complained about the wrong time being listed on the website and not being informed of the appropriate time when we called, the employee said that he's been asking for it to be updated since it is not reflective of the hours of operation. Clearly, management does not care about inconveniencing customers by having poor business practices.
