Landtamers Landscaping

I live at an apartment complex n they're constantly blowing leaves n debris onto my patio through a gap between my patio n fence I told them 3 separate times about it n even called the company n they continue to do it today the landscaper was screaming at me when I told him about it so bad he scared my grandson n told me to do it cuz how else do I expect him to do his job I told him to use a rake but apparently that's too much work well that's their job why should I have to do it this company allowing this to happen n letting their employees talk to people like this just goes to show what kind of company they are not professional disrespecting n lack of concern for their customers I strongly recommend to not use this company there's a million other ones to choose from

After seeing what a great job Landtamers was doing for our HOA we selected them to remodel our patio. They did a wonderful job! It was a very extensive project and included pavers, a gas fire pit, irrigation, landscaping, artificial turf and more. Now it's like an extra outdoor living space not just a patio. Exactly what you want in Tucson. We are very happy with the work, they were on time, under budget and always left the worksite clean.

I have previously used Landtamers for over three years. They have trimmed trees, improved the irrigation system, installed trellises, general gardening and cleanup. Previously they did a great job at a reasonable cost. However, their recent visit they raised their price by least 25% and did a poor job. I cannot recommend them. Charged $350 for two guys for less than an hour and a half.

I am so happy with the job Landtamers did at our home, and wanted to update since their original install of our whole yard, irrigation front and rear, trees, planters, etc. It has been over 10 years now, and just as Chris promised, the little Tree they installed in the corner of our yard to help block a power line in the distance, DID in fact grow to the size he said, within the first few years, and now is over 25' tall and a 12" trunk. Pepper Tree i think?SO now some 12 years later since their orig install, since i have been taking care of my own yard, it is time to call Chris and his crew back in and help out again on an update and maintenance. I am excited to show Chris how it has grown up, and the first couple years i used Landtamers to do maintenance too, they were great. Highly recommend a very conscientious and diplomatic Chris and his great company. At Tucson CC where i live, they are always driving by to do others' yards and it is time they come back to our house on their way, and let me enjoy my Saturdays again and let them do the blowing, weeding, drip needs, and maintenance.Lastly, chris used a proper 1" pvc supply line for our various distributions in our acre yard, and it has held up, unlike those who would shortcut and use a black poly 1/2 or 5/8" line... Good job Chris, made my work easier here for the past 10 yrs. Thanks, and look for my call coming up this week.

Seriously??? We started planning this project November 2nd(1st email), said they were a 3-4 weeks out, OK, just wanted it finished by end of January(prefered end of December, but that didn't happen either). So January 7th, nothing, phone call, email, nothing. So I call them and I am told I have to sign contract to do this, wow! So about a week later a guy comes out taking pics or measuments with company. Last I hear from them. I call today 1/27/20 to find out what happened. Lady didn't know and had to find out. She calls back and says we couldn't get pavers in time(from 4 weeks ago). If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST customerservice I've ever experienced. It seems from your reviews when you actually handle your business you do a decent job, but we'll never know. If you can't handle the job(too small, too busy, whatever) you should've had let us know, not like you're the only business in town!

The crew removed our 45+ foot Eucalyptus tree that fell over in the latest storm. The entire process from quote to job completion was fantastic. The entire crew were professional, friendly and cleaned up the entire tree mess. Highly recommend!!!!

We hired Landtamers to landscape our front yard after another company did a retaining wall and pavers. The previous company left a large amount of dirt and debris behind after completing the wall and pavers. Landtamers came in after submitting a reasonable price and scope of work. They installed irrigation, planted numerous plants and laid down new smaller rock throughout the front yard. They also installed my solar lighting purchased online at no charge. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with the crews and DJ. They were all professional and courteous. Open to anything I requested and did an excellent job which they finished in 2 and 1/2 days. Thank you Landtamers! I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

They did our entire backyard -- pavers, turf, plants/trees, door, and lighting. It turned out beautiful, we are so pleased. The entire experience from the quote to completion was great, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I've already recommended them to friends and our HOA. Every single person we worked with was professional, friendly, and hard-working. The lighting guy, Dave, is an artist! We didn't have a design in mind and were looking for ideas and landtamers proposed different ideas and worked with us to make adjustments. Our project managers, Eli and DJ were really accommodating and were more than happy to add things as the project progressed. They built a custom door for entry to our backyard that was cheaper than any we had seen online or at stores in town. Don't keep thinking about it, hire these guys!

I work a property that borders one of the properties that land tamers takes care of. Over the past few weeks, I noticed some trash being thrown over the wall from their workers. I called and left a message, not expecting to get a call back much to my surprise they called back and said they would take care of it and even gave an apology, hopefully there won't be any more issues in the future but an apology from a company these days it's very rare. I appreciate the young lady who called.

I sent an email asking for information, never heard back, left a voice mail asking for information, never heard back. Finally got someone on the phone, who said they do not do "residential" but their website says "High End Residential" - and I see their truck at a house down the street from mine, guess they don't want the business.
