If I have this correct, the restaurant closed a while back and is now remodeled and serving. We had a very nice experience. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was quite excellent. My wife had the ribeye, which I did have a few nuggets and I will verify it was excellent. My plate was a chicken taco enchilada combo. Really quite nice and we will return.

Just went last week to give them another try. The menu and food has definitely improved however the lobster was a little overcooked. The shrimp burrito literally only had shrimp inside, no veggies or anything else which was odd. Still improved from the last time we went so I'm giving them 4 stars.

My husband and I had dinner there tonight. We had heard good things about the new cooks and management. My husband had 2 hard chicken tacos, cheese enchilada and beans and rice. I had 2 Chile Rellanos and beans and rice. Both of felt the rice was overcooked, almost mushy. The beans were puréed so we ate them with chips. His taco shells very thick and hard. His enchilada was smothered in red sauce. Then there was my Rellanos. I have never had one fried in thick, 1/2" on each side, cornmeal batter! They are always in a light and fluffy egg batter that compliments the chile. And the chile was this scrawny little thing, half the size of the cornmeal on the outside. Needless to say, what we have read and heard is not what we experienced. We saw familiar waitstaff, and they were excellent. But the food does not compare to the previous owners. The new sign outside says "Authentic Mexican Food." In my opinion, it does not come close.
