La Quinta Inn

We always stay in La Quinta hotels, but by far this is the worst. The rooms definitely are in need of some cosmetic updating, as well as being overly priced.

Nasty icky dirty room. Mold in bathroom. Dirty carpet. Old. Stains. Mattresses are uncomfortable. Like sleeping in a taco. Floor boards cracked. Dirt sand rocks in corners. Front desk nice and helpful. Breakfast included. Lobby and bathrooms very clean. Rooms are awful.

Poor front desk service, was given wrong room (doubles instead of king) the room was not very clean, cups looked used, no tissues or extra toilet paper, door did not have a working deadbolt, 1" gap around entire door and Saw two small roaches scurry behind the bathroom mirror. Bathroom tub looked repainted and was peeling and rust all over drain. For the price paid this was a slum compared to other la Quinta properties. I will not be back to this one.

The reason for this review is to praise a young lady named "Jellisa" who was managing the desk when he checked in August 19th. The scene was near chaos, with a lobby full of people trying to check in, paramedics looking for a guest having an allergic reaction, and even reports of a room break-in. Jellisa kept her poise, controlled the situation with calm authority and sooner than I could have reasonably expected we were in our room. Jellisa is a keeper. Don't let her get away.

I booked a room thru hotels.com, paid for reservation and arrived dead tired after driving from Little Rock to Tucson moving across country and the clerk tells me he has no reservation. I show him the confirmation email, and he says sorry he doesn't have anything.. I call hotels.com and they proceed to call the clerk and give them all the info. He still says he has no reservation and if I would like a room I can pay him (higher rate btw) and I can pursue refund w hotels.com. While waiting for the agent thru hotels to get his manager on the phone another couple tried to check in.. guess what? They had no room either. So after a lot of back and forth I get a refund from hotels.com and ask the clerk if I he will honor their rate or accommodate me for the hassle and he refuses. Will not ever recommend this place to anyone! We ended up staying at the Red Lion Inn in the Orro Valley. So glad la Quinta lost reservation the red lion was incredibly nice.

This place is a dump! I've stayed at many La Quinta's before and this one is on the very low end. It is run down, the mattress is horrible with a bunched up top layer and a big dip in the middle. I would not recommend this hotel. A Motel6 is better than this

I had a very nice five day stay here. It was clean, mostly quiet, large bathroom area, the only reason it wasn't a five star, Is the amount of smokers that hang out right outside their doors, or off the balcony. It made it smell even in my room.

the most dirty hotel . be caution bed bugs infested. never had i stayed at a place with such rude manger service . i got told to check out because i complained to head quarter's about my stay how dirty the rooms were and bed bugs . just be careful lots of drugs also here.

Best place in the world, and I've been around to say that. Best beds, best service, very nice people. Great breakfasts, I love staying at La Quinta's.

This is a utter DISGRACE the kinda place you sleep with one eye open. Door wouldn't lock I could see outside with the door closed. The only thing that was nice was the bed. Tub and floor was FILTHY DIRTY.....IF I COULD give NO STARS
