Came to Tucson for my wife's surgery tomorrow morning and she wanted Mexican food. Not knowing the area we Googled and found this place. The inside is nice and they had a young man playing his guitar and singing and he was quite good. We were met immediately by a lady with a guacamole cart so my wife ordered and she absolutely loved it, hence the only star is for her.We sat at our table for well over 15 minutes and was never approached let alone looked at by a server and there were several there. I finally went to the hostess counter and asked for my bill and the hostess said "Let me get your server". I said "I never had a server ". She looked at her seating chart and found who was supposed to be our server and brought her to me. I asked for my bill for the guacamole and she asked if we had water, I told no because she never came to our table. She apologized and took my money. If you want great guacamole and bad service this is the place.

Their middle name should be "Stale"! The food was absolutely terrible! We ordered the combo fajitas plate. The food was cold. The chicken was old snf stale. The side chips burnt by microwaving them to stale.The overly salty sauce poured over the food was the only thing that kept the tortillas moist. Everything was terrible. We each had two beers, and with a smaller tip due to the awful food quality the total bill came to over $100. Wow! What an overpriced disaster. Never again!I think I've never eaten such bad Mexican food in my life. You could not pay me to go back there. Its truly the worst place in Tucson.

We had to wait for about 30 minutes to get a table on a Saturday night but there was plenty of empty seats at the bar so we could grab a drink.We got the table side guacamole which was delicious.I got a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup and it was some of the best chicken tortilla soup that I have had. It was a huge bowl so definitely enough to make it a meal.

The birria pizza on a thick tortilla crust was unique! Eaten here a couple of times and have not been disappointed. If you want to sit close to the live music you should call ahead and reserve a table or you could get stuck in the opposing dining room. Really enjoyed this place and the live music!

We really wanted to like this place but they need to work on training their wait staff. We were greeted shortly after we got there but it took 10+ minutes to get our drink order delivered. We noticed other folks eating chips/salsa but did not see them on the menu so we inquired and she said "oh sure!" We had to ask two more times for the chips/salsa which arrived after our entrees and they had the nerve to charge us $4.99 for them! Lastly, the food was just okay.Four stars for the food and ambience and one star for a poor training program.
