L'Occitane

I'm a fairly new Tucsonian (and loving Tucson for the record) coming from California about two years ago. After moving to the desert, my legs actually started to get dry and scally and I thought to myself, "oh no! I'm turning into a reptile to survive this heat!" Well aside from being a bit dramatic, I also just needed to find a decent mosturizer. I was with a friend who needed to go to some other shops at La Encantada so while walking around we stopped into l occitane. I cannot express my grattitude to the wonderful ladies there! They were very helpful and friendly without being pushy. They showed me several great products that ultimately solved my dryness problems. I am now a huge lover of l occitane products for how well they improved the softness and overall quality of my skin. The have great hygiene products such as body washes, bar soaps,and face washes as well as bath fizzes and an array of other body products. They a bit pricey but high quality. If you are suffering from desert dry skin, are wanting to improve your skin, or are just looking to upgrade your current bathroom stock, I highly recommend checking out the helpful staff at l occitane!

I first experienced L'occitane when I stayed at a Napa Resort for my bestfriend's wedding. They used Verbena. Whenever I shower or apply the lotion, it will smell all over the room but not a strong fragrance, just a pleasant wonderful, soothing, fragrant, citrusy, clean smell. I love it! I had a trip to the Philippines & it was a nice surprise they have boutiques there too so I bought the same fragrance as presents to friends I visited. True, the products are a bit pricey but it's fabulously well-worth it :)

Always same person in this empty store. As previous customer stated they do not stand behind their products. I had 2 unopened Xmas items with a receipt and manager ( same person must staff 2 employees) refused to refund. Instead gave me a paper receipt I need to hold onto for future purchases. I called my bank and they issued a dispute on my behalf. Poor customer service with all the great skin care companies nearby they should learn some skills.
