It's conveniently located in the strip mall with plenty of parking. This restaurant still has that old time mom and pop Asian family feel it's a definite classic type vibe with Auntie up front taking orders and the rest of the family in the back cooking and putting to go orders together. I always like to support a locally owned business. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. Having said that the service was fast and efficient . It's also about being realistic about the food. This is not a mall based chain restaurant or a high end bistro somewhere. The food was well prepared hot and delicious. This is a Vietnamese restaurant. So there's lots of variety in the menu.

Friendly service. Tasty complimentary miso soup. She makes the kimchi and pickled vegetables side items in house. Great sesame oil flavor! We had the bibimbap bulgolgi in the sizzling stone bowls. Delicious!

Everyone in my family loves this place. The food is great, and we have tried pretty much every option on the menu. I highly recommend the mung bean pancakes as a starter. It is great to share and extremely delicious! You can't go wrong with anything at this restaurant! Super casual ambience. I don't recommend for groups more than eight unless you call ahead. We love Sunny. She has been our server every time we have been there and she is super sweet to our family and very welcoming. Anytime I crave Korean food Koji is our go to.!

It's OK, not outstanding, 3.5 stars. I had the Bulgogi Dolsot Bibim Bap. Plenty for my money's worth. Just wish that the bulgogi had more flavor to it. It was just enough flavor to make it bulgogi. Kinda like their miso soup that came with it. Just enough to make it miso soup and not miso flavored water. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

With an hour and a half between appointments, and so dang hot, lunch in a delightfully cool restaurant seemed like a great idea. In the mood for pho (yes, pho is still great in hot weather!) I headed to my favorite Vietnamese eatery. Darn, the door was locked and a sign on the door said "Closed on Tuesdays." Kogi Korean BBQ is a couple doors down, so they were the lucky winners of my lunch business today. My server brought a tall glass of ice even before the menu. Truly appreciated. Way back in 2019 I enjoyed Korean BBQ here with a friend, but the BBQ experience isn't as much fun alone, plus it seemed too heavy for this hot day. The appetizer section was appealing, so I chose the spicy Korean chicken wings and other assorted bites. The potstickers were plump and flavorful and the shu mei were pretty good. I don't know what the round rice things are called, but they were a bit bland and needed more dipping sauce. The wings were not good. If the menu had said they were breaded, I wouldn't have ordered them. I much prefer wings that are crispy, well seasoned, and lightly tossed in sauce. These had a thick coating that soaked up the sauce, creating an unappealing mushy mess. It was warmish and sticky in the restaurant today. I venture to guess that a swamp cooler was doing its best to cool the room, but in this humid time of year, coolers aren't efficient. I do want to compliment the staff for an absolutely immaculate bathroom.
