Ok All, Twice I have brought Pistols for some gunsmithing work. A total waste of My money and time. They came back not much better than I dropped them off. The gunsmith is older, stubborn, and unwilling to learn about newer tec Guns. Which their their are all kinds of parts kits. My P-365, I paid for and now sent it to a Good gun smith recommend by Sig in Florida. I just picked up my P-320. Now I will look for a Good Gunsmith to fix the trigger problems. I highly DO NOT recommend Kings Armory for any Smithing Work. The owner/gunsmith is Gruff at best, unless you are a friend. And he is not interested in taking care of his coustomers. It's his way or the Highway. I Hope this helps Others.

I will start with my first experience with this company. I had a feeding issue with my rifle and took the rifle in and the owner was very attentive and asked if I had the rifle apart for any reason. I told him that Timney triggers In Phoenix AZ had installed a new trigger. He found that the spring and follower was installed backwards and said there you go no charge. Really appreciated his willingness to help me out. I then proceeded to spend 30 dollars in house for his willingness to help me. Wanted to show I was more than grateful. Now here is where the issues start....I called and asked what would the charge be for what they call a Clean, Lube and Inspect (worn parts). He called me back and stated 40 dollars was the charge for that. I was more than happy give him the business. Dropped the firearm off everyone was more than helpful. Received a call that the rifle was ready. Received a bill by email but the bill was for only 30 dollars not 40 more than happy to pay. Picked up rifle today and the first thing I noticed was the bolt was very sticky. Asked why and could the bolt be smoother ( it was smother when I dropped it off). The owner stated that was the best it was gonna get. I knew this was not right but ok he didn't want to look at it or inspect it. So at that point I thanked him and proceeded out the door. I went directly to Second Amendment Sports in Tucson AZ. showed and discuss the issue with the gun smith. The gunsmith showed me all the burrs the bolt now has and where the bolt is literally scraping across the top rails of the mag box. I paid for a Clean ,lube, complete tear down and inspect. Maybe I received the clean but the inspect I did not. He has a motto on this website if the customer isn't happy he's not happy. Well the fact that I was told the operation of the bolt was as good as it was gonna get. I guess that simply is not true. I would not allow this compnay to touch my firearm again. Even if they asked me to bring it back. I'm 1 hour drive to them. Lesson learned and to anyone who decides to use this company. Do not prepay in advance check the work prior to paying. The rifle now sits with another gunsmith and I am in hopes that this can be fixed and it doesn't cost me a ton of money. Really disappointing

Just the essentials for ammo and a few misc items, but I really went for the gunsmith service. Good repair and low prices considering he had to take it to the range to test fine

I think this is a hidden gem in SV. I've bought and sold many guns at this shop, his prices are very good, and he always has what I need for reloading too!

I hadn't drawn a breath in this store before the guy behind the counter barked at me like I was his grandkid-- because I was wearing a mask in compliance with the Fort Huachuca Commanding General's guidance that all personnel wear masks in town. If he'd have been polite and reasonable, I would've thought nothing of it. But he decided to get loud and rude; if that's how he handles himself, I've no use for anything he's selling-- which isn't much, as the stock was all old and very limited.

King's Armory is a small size store that functions better than many similar stores which are much larger. Craig and his staff are very helpful, willing to assist with any smithy needs, sales and service. Keep up the great work!!! Alan

I stopped here today for the first time. It is a small store but well stocked. The employees are very friendly and helped me get what I needed. The prices I paid for the items were less expensive than I thought they would be. I had to order and item but that did not bother me. I will do more business there.John K.
