KFC

This is the second time in the year. I have purchased a three-piece dinner from your drive-through and I've always ordered the original recipe and both times it was always extra crispy that I got and didn't discover it until I got home. That makes me very disappointed in that place and I wonder if I'll ever go back

First thing they need to do at this location is get rid of the manager that I have pictured here. She kept trying to refer me to the 800 number so she wouldn't have to assist me on helping with an online order. I asked her multiple times if she could just take care of the issue and she finally told me to go to hell and hung up I was gonna just skip going and picking up the order, but I had already been charged, I had and bought some biscuits in addition to what I had ordered and when I got home, they were undercooked. She was very nasty was trying to hide in the corner and I got her picture and she came out and started talking more crap. Get rid of her that's for sure. I'll never go back to KFC just because of her.

So- I'm going to start off saying I have NEVER EVER liked this location. They were ALWAYS outta chicken or soda or mashed potatoes or even customer service. ALWAYS. It would take FOR EVER to get your cold chicken. I refused to come to this store and would drive a little further to a different location. They CLOSED DOWN. I started driving a little FURTHER out. THEY CLOSED DOWN leaving the Golf Links location the only one near by. I stopped eating at KFC. Unfortunately, because I personally think they are better than Churches or Popeyes.. Fast forward to now....I clinched when my kid said she wanted KFC, but she was paying so I gave in.We arrived Monday around 2PM.... 3 ladies in the back working- all of them greeted us. We ordered our food.... And the woman were all very kind and sweet. ALL of our order came up fast and hot. The restaurant was pretty clean... looks updated. Cute photos on the walls, interesting light fixtures.I was EXTREMELY impressed & will have to continue to come back here.I wish I could give credit to all 3 of the wonderful folks in the back but I only got the name of one, Bridgett.... Y'all are wonderful.

We heard about the new "Comeback Tender Combo" and decided we'd try it. We chose to do drive tru and upon reaching the speaker box, we waited for nearly 3 whole minutes before we were even greeted. The employee told us to order when ready and we ordered two of the 4 piece comeback tender combos. The employee read ouour order back to us as two of the 3 piece combos. We politely asked for the 4 piece combos and the employee got a little angry and said she would have to go back and "change the whole screen", we apologized and she said "Whatever, I'll fix it at the window just pull around." We drove around to the window and the eemployee opened the window and told us our new total (she had fixed the 3 piece/4 piece issue) and when we asked about the Comeback sauce she told us "we don't have no sauces, we only have ketchup and hot sauce." I asked "those are the only two options you have?" And she closed the drivetru window in my face. We looked at our receipt and the cashier selected "no sauce" as our sauce choice. When they brought our food out, we hadn't even gotten the ketchup or hot sauce so my boyfriend parked and went inside to ask for some. He again asked about the Comeback sauce just incase the girl at the drive thru window was having a bad day and couldn't be bothered because a KFC being completely out of all sauces except the ones in convenient foil packets seemed unlikely. The employees just stared blankly at us and did not seem at all bothered by the fact that they sold us combo meals knowing they didn't have the sauce it comes with and neglected to mention this to us until after we paid. They didn't make any attempts to make it right or even apologize. I've never had a negative experience at a restaurant that involved the entire crew before but I got to cross that one off the list today thanks to this location! We decided that, in the future, we will drive the extra 2 miles to go to the Kino location. We are not paying nearly $25 to be treated like this.

Worst kfc I've ever had. Even the biscuits were under cooked. The chicken was rubbery. Do not buy from this KFC

All of these negative reviews are true. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but they totally messed up my order and this was after talking to them about it two times so I'm done with KFC. I don't believe there's any good ones left.

Found out why the service is so bad here at the Golf links location. Juan was just a little high maybe. Had his hat pulled down to hide his eyes. But occasionally he had to look up and bingo! He also acted like he was stoned on his butt. And of course he got my order wrong and took forever. Too bad. This location used to be good or at least fast and usually good years ago. But not any more. I tried contacting KFCs website but it wouldn't take any of my info. I guess we need to go to Churches.

Arrived at KFC @ approximately 6:10 pm. On a Sunday evening. Informed there is a 25 minute wait for chicken... Not sure what the problem is, but seems the owner of the franchise or perhaps corporate needs to make a visit.

I spent 73$ on 2 16 piece buckets and was shorted 4 pieces. I asked if she put 16 pieces in the first bucket and she straight lied to me and said yes.

Pre ordered our meal, arrived 15 minutes later was told to come in. Waited another 15 minutes. They could have told us the first time they were understaffed so we could have cancelled our order. We found after waiting 30 minutes.
