KFC

Service was kind of slow and my sides were forgotten. Had to wait a while to be addressed and get my order since it was a mobile order. Not too loud or an ambiance. Easy to order online using app.

Had most of my mobile order substituted with other items because they were out of extra crispy chicken, corn, and biscuits. Found a human hair in one of the soggy pieces of chicken. Coleslaw had something bitter in it. First visit to. kFC in over 20 years and will never go back. Also, store seems run by teenagers. Not blaming them but perhaps a lack of training and management. Wish I'd read these reviews first before blowing $44 on dinner.

RUDE! Lunch time. Purchased a 4 pc meal, chrispy chicken was tough and greasy. Biscut was not fresh. A sad time at KFC. Will not be back this location.

Why did you place a half-raw biscuit in my meal? At home I cut it in half to add a pat of butter, and was stunned to see raw, elastic dough.Is this a training issue or what?The chicken tenders were under-sized, the cole slaw was runny (too much liquid for a small serving), the tea had hardly any ice. Plus no receipt was included.News flash: Church's Chicken now gets my fast food biz. This is the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde of KFCs. If you go thru Doordash you will see Mr. Hyde. I've gotten sick twice via this route. I can't prove it is due to some issue with the chicken , because both times Doordash was late, but equally both times, KFC messed up the order, so reading must be an option. Finger pointing though, KFC is good at.Drive-thru is a better route. Never got sick. They don't mess up your order, and the nice factor is half the time, which is better than many places nowadays.I'm not a heavy fried chicken guy, and it's my only guilty pleasure, because Vegan fried chicken uses corn flour, and being allergic to corn, well. The KFC vegan chicken tenders, use corn, plus they KFC doesn't make them there.This KFC has in the past,1. Said they have no chicken, an hr after they opened up. Think about that.2. Ignored the basic tenants of training staff to be friendly and act like they want to be there, which I get it, it's a fast food joint, but sheesh.Eating in - the place is fowl, ha made a funny. Seriously though, it's pretty nasty in there, as if wiping down the tables is a once a day occurrenceOn the positive note, going there is way better than Doordashing it. Usually consistently prepared food. I like either original recipe is best. I have tried their baked chicken and liked that as well. I personally think the cole slaw is the best side dish- my family just isn't into it as much as I am.

I usually have good experiences here. Staff are generally good. Food is also good. I don't know why this place has 1 star

Never have chicken ready always out of something. Service sucks just a horrible kfc wouldn't waste my time going here

Drive through has been broken for 3 weeks at this point, have to go inside to order. Food isn't the same as it use to be. Staff has no personalities
