Unless you need to stock an office with paper goods, it's probably unlikely that one would really need to go to a paper store for individual needs. Recently I discovered that this store isn't just for businesses/wholesale purposes. While I don't have a ton of use for paper, Kelly Paper always stocks the paper goods I need for my events and if they don't have a particular item in stock, they order it for you ASAP! Aside from having more varieties of paper than I can even remember, their customer service is as good as it gets. On my last visit, I was even escorted to my car by the cashier who insisted on helping me load my purchases into the car. Now that's rare! And now that that the road work on Grant rd. is complete it's so much easier to get there. So if you've avoided Kelly Paper because it was too hard to get there, the roads are open

The staff, led by manager Luis, provide excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable about all their products. They have the best selection of paper products in town, and always have orders competed in a timely manner.

My husband and I made the invitations for our wedding. I knew about Kelly Paper through work and thought they'd be able to help. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get a variety of paper for the programs, invites, and envelopes. A wider selection of colored paper would have been helpful, but had I asked, I bet they could have got what I needed. The prices were affordable, and for most papers, if it didn't work, even if I had used a sheet or two they let me return/exchange.

I needed something small for a project I'm working on - not a big sale at all. The young man working there could not have been more helpful. He actually listened to what I was asking for, looked at the project I was trying to duplicate and while showed me several alternatives. I found exactly what I needed. He took the time, listened and helped me. I will definitely avoid the bigger craft/art stores, where the attitudes are terrible and not helpful, and return here for everything I need.

I have used Kelly Paper for years 15+ years. I love the fact you can buy as much or as little as you need. I mean who needs 50 sheets of nice resume paper. When doing kids school projects it was nice to get 4-5 sheets of a many different colors. I have also purchased items for wedding announcements and funeral programs. Always so helpful!
