I posted here before but Keller Williams got it removed. I am sharing this bad experience again not because I have anything against then personally but because since I posted I have received two messages from other yelp reviewers asking for help with the same problem. Below is a brief summary of my complaints.I had maintenance problems was told to pay it and i would be reimbursed (have evidence to back up all statements). Now fast forward three months, 10+ unreturned phone calls, emails etc and still no repayment. Also they put fake stickers over old products to claim they are new. Avoid this company at all costs.

Brian Carey really kept our best interest as his main concern and advised us making it very easy to put our home on the market. With all the paperwork in the beginning I misunderstood some things but he was quick to clear it up. I have to say he was always professional even though I may have given him a little bit of a hard time questioning every little thing. You want someone who gets the job done he's definitely on top of it. I have fired 2 realtors in my lifetime because I felt they were not doing their job but I never had a problem with him. I highly recommend Brian.

We recently used Keller Williams to find our new home. Our Real Estate agent was Mike Morgan. He took us to the homes we asked to see, was on time, answered our questions honestly and got a sense pretty quickly of the type of home we were looking for. He ended up showing us a house that was pretty much exactly that. We then worked with the Anthony Boatner team and Bernadette from the office to coordinate the sale with our lender. They were quick to respond in email or via phone to all concerns and questions I had. They helped make the process a little less stressful by the good communication. I could not be happier with the whole experience and support I received from Keller Williams.

Zero stars. My landlord illegally planted tropical plants in the backyard. She even told us when we looked at the property that she illegally brought them across the Mexican border not knowing she wasn't allowed to do that. Almost a year later she came to look at the property. Out of the 4 trees. One died when we went on vacation from the heat even though we kept the irrigation on, that MY husband fixed!!!!!!!! She said she was ok with it. When we move out. We get our deposit minus 60 bucks for the tree she illegally imported. Can you believe that. I told Rebecca from Keller Williams and she also said that was fine. We should have deducted the cost to fix the irrigation, but we didn't. I even had to have someone come in the clean the tile and carpets angina because it was so nasty. So the property at 7558 s la Palma ct 85747. Don't move there. Unless you want to loose your deposit.

First of all I told the agent to lower the price. He refused so I told him if you don't you're fired. So he didI this hot market in Tucson he was my agent for 12 days in that time many people looked at my homeI was told by 5 peopleThat in the 12 days they couldn't get a hold of my agent to make an offer.So I fired the business.

Worst experience of my life. Steven T---y was our landlord/agent and he got us in. Unfortunately the place was disgusting. It was full of cockroaches and the fridge smelled like a dead body, no lie. My neighbors were absolutely the worst people ever also. They would have these loud parties and scream when I was working at home. 3417 E Lind rd 85716.I contacted him and Keller about everything numerous times and he sent some guy out to fix the fridge. It had a smelly tube being used to rig the cooling system. He fixed that but it was still blowing nasty all over. It also had bugs all over inside of the whole device. It was a nightmare. I had to buy a fridge and freezer which they did not help to purchase. He refused to get us a new one or switch the nasty out.The neighbors were a different story. They must have found out what we said because it got worse. The cursing and they were calling each other the N word in the street. They would steal our packages and basically make me a prisoner in my own home. This was within 2 months into our year lease. I would send more emails and he would lie and say that nobody else had issues. I was on my own. I contacted the previous tenant and she laughed and said she moved when they were shooting off guns in the night. She said she tried for help and they did nothing. That was her last straw. Mine was when they started stealing our trash can and putting it out by there house and lying about it. They finally left after about 10 months of this cropSo the best part was when my neighbors house had a power line fall on it and a transformer exploded on it. It caused the smallest fire and nobody could put it out in until the power company came an hour and a half later. Of course Steven was "out of town" so he was not answering his phone. Our whole house was water damaged and ruined because the fire dept claims they could do nothing. Bunch of bs. Where were the fire extinguisher at within the property?? It has been hell since. I was basically thrown out and all of our stuff doneso. Then Steven gave me crap about giving me my money back for rent and the 900$ deposit for that nasty place. He said I had to wait until I got our stuff out. They claimed to have no place for me and said the newly vacant unit was rented?? Which makes no sense at all. I did not even have insurance because I overheard them saying something about us not needing it. The company did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP US. I had to get hotels for almost a month and I was even out of work.I am wondering why the guy that came to survey the place did not see the "termites" in the leaning electric pole and why the electric company did not come when the line sounded like it exploded 2 weeks prior to that. I called and nothing was done. Then I go do laundry and boom the thing falls on the house. Very suspicious is all I am saying. I am so shocked at the behavior of Keller Williams. Worst type of people. The survey people came for over 4 hours that day and took picks inside and out and even went into the back yards so they could see this easily. I guess Steven was trying to sell 2 units and ours was one. The buyer ended up buying 2 other units in that craphole!!!!! I could not believe it. Take a look at the fire online. Make sure to verify everything before dealing with these people.

I wish to wholeheartedly recommend Mary Benson of Keller Williams Realty-Southern Arizona in Tucson, AZ. My husband I wished to move from California to Tucson; a big inter-state move. We didn't want to spend a great deal of time looking at homes in Tucson (hotel/car rental expenses). With Mary's valuable assistance, the week prior to flying into AZ to physically look at homes, we looked at an enormous number of homes via the Internet to which Mary directed us to help us narrow down the field.Due to that process, at the time we flew in, we had five homes in mind, three of which were our favorites. Kristin Breeding is absolutely amazing! Kristin explained the process to us and she immediately began looking to find us our new home. She gave us many options to view, she was extremely flexible with our schedules and she made us feel completely comfortable the entire process. The experience you have with this company will be determined by which agent you work with.The one I worked with was an older man who turned out to be unprofessional and a bit of a jerk. I don't feel he listened to what I had to say, represented me to the best of his ability, or had my best interests at heart.I also asked him for recommendations/ referrals and almost every single person he referred turned out to be some combination of disrespectful, a jerk, could not be counted on, or did poor work.I don't have a problem with the company but next time I'll definitely be hiring someone different and will do a more thorough job interviewing the agent.
