Hiroko is the gentle spirit that took care of me today. She deserves all the stars Great foot and calf massage. Attentive to every detail. 4 Star rating is because you have to find street parking or pay valet service to use the AC Hotel's parking garage, and the color selection of polish is limited.I'd recommend coming for a solo trip, as space is also limited.

My experience with front desk as well as my entire experience from start to finish was incredibly professional. I had the luxury of having my facial and deep tissue massagdone by Lee Ann an amazingly talented woman. I left feeling not only refreshed but relaxed, something I was very much in need of. I will be returning and I highly recommend

Made an appointment here to get my nails done before my wedding with my maid of honor. Not sure where the miscommunication happened between the person I spoke to when booking and the person who was available on the day of to do our manicures, but there was only one person staffed and she had no idea we wanted to get our nails done at the same time. It was awkward to say the least while I waited an 1.5 hours while my maid on honor got her nails done. Never going to this place ever again.

Gretell and Kaelen were GREAT!I had a massage with Gretell and I feel fantastic,relaxed. She listen to my needs and worked out the worse knot. Kaelen did a facial on my mom was perfect. Best spa ever.

I've been looking for a really calm, relaxing place for a facial/massage combo. I've walked by this salon many times but never stopped in. The treatment rooms have nice dim lighting, the music is very calm and relaxing. There is a private sauna, complimentary, to use before your treatment to help you relax even more. I had a wonderful deep tissue massage for 75 minutes and felt SO relaxed after! My tension melted away. And my facial was definitely one of my favorite facials ever. I did the desert rain facial and the smells were incredible. My skin is glowing and feels tighter and smoothed. Both Gretel and Kylie did amazing work and had wonderful, calming energy. I can't wait to go back!! I want to try all the products. I even got a little sampler bag with all the serums, toners used in my facial. Very happy with my 2.5 hour day at the spa!

We made an impromptu trip to Tucson for a business trip; his business, my pleasure! I had the day to myself and was in need of a facial. Luckily, this gem of a day spa was walking distance and they accommodated me on short notice!I had the Red Wine facial from Megan and it was exactly what my poor face needed. Aside from the scrumptious products being applied, Megan was gentle when needed and more assertive when required. Very relaxing and I do have a bit of a glow now. My skin feels great. Thank you!

This spa is magical, and the treatments dont fall short. The Spa is situated in the new AC Hotel in Downtown Tucson, which is very convenient and depending on when you go, parking should be easy. If you are a guest of the Hotel, treat yourself to one of their magical treatments, and you will not be disappointed. Ive had a number of services here and plan to make part of treating myself right, because I am never disappointed, and always leave feeling like a princess.I can readily recommend all of the services that Ive gotten, including the Signature Facial, the Swedish Massage and both the Red Wine and Desert Facial. It's so seriously soothing in the Spa, which is designed beautifully, smells insanely good, and when you top this with the fantastic services by the really great staff, you leave feeling like you had a relaxing holiday in less than 2 hours! Did I mention that they use only all natural products, many of which are developed by the owner of the spa herself, in Tucson. Im particularly fond of the Red Wine Facial, its great for my combo skin..But I love that the staff are great at helping you choose the best service for your skin type. I dont really see how you could go wrong, because everything Ive had done has been beyond amazing.I also recommend checking out their great line of natural skincare as well as makeup and other gifts and goods, many of which, I think are locally made. If you dont have time for a service pop in and pick up something great from the Kaelen Harwell Skincare Line, my faves are the Decolette Cream, ( which I am honestly obsessed with, and cant live without, as well as the Soft as a Peach Cream. Trust me, you wont be disappointed when you wander into this gorgeous little oasis in the heart of downtown Tucson. You will surely feel like a million bucks when you head out the door!

Kaelen and her staff are so kind and extremely accommodating! My massage and facial were pure delight. I'm also obsessed with the face cream I purchased after my facial. I cannot wait for all of the new things coming to the site!

my husband and I both had massages this past Monday at the spa. I had the hot stone massage with Leanne. my experience was wonderful. Leanne was friendly and talented. my husband had Marnie for a Swedish massage and he sai it was the best massage he has had in years. the facility was clean and smelled wonderful and the entire experience was easy and relaxing.

Highly recommended!!! My daughter and I had an excellent time at our "spa day" - facials and pedicures. The atmosphere was excellent and the services were outstanding. We specially chose this spa because it has organic products.
