K Newby Gallery

K Newby Gallery features some wonderful contemporary, artworks. They have small and large scale bronzes. Mixed media sculptures, and lots of paintings. There are several rooms to explore. Don't miss the outdoor sculpture garden as well. Outside parking is available.

I'm an artist and a gallery gawker, so this place is a delight. Wonderful art from a variety of nationally recognized and excellent local artists in a wide range of medias. The art was top notch and the owner a pleasure to chat with. The building interior is spectacular, with the interior trusses part of an old rail bridge (a great story here). Prices were reasonable for an art gallery and many local artists to be seen here. Don't miss this one.

This is a neat gallery to stroll through while in Tubac. There is a lot of pretty art and sculptures. I love looking at their outdoor sculptures, they are really fun and interesting. We always walk through when in Tubac, also fun to take out of town guests to.

Ask for Robin. She is the most personal sales person I have ever worked wet. She helped me find 3 really cute items and went out of her way to try to find another piece I liked in my size. I went to a cafe a couple doors down and left my bag there. Their margaritis were just too good. I took off the next morning to California and realized I did not have the bag. She picked up the bag and took it to the Post Office for me. I just can't say enough about the cute clothes and wonderful Robin. She's the best.

This place is amazing. The Sculpture Garden is the first thing I saw when coming into Tubac. It's so unique! It's wonderful to walk over the bridge and just take in the view. The Gallery is just as wonderful. It's so open, bright and inviting. There truly is something for everyone here. The artwork is breathtaking!

Newby Gallery is opening a new, 5000+ sq/ft storefront in November, 2011. The best gallery in Southern AZ just keeps getting better and better! A real "must see" in Tubac/Tucson!(and yes, I'm biased) ;)
