I reserved a jumping castle from JumpMaxx before reading the Yelp reviews. And by the time I checked the reviews it was 2 days before the event and too late to change. But things worked out just great. They showed up on time, got busy setting up, explained the rules and paperwork to me and even left me with a cell number to call in case there were any problems. When it was time for take down, they showed up again and got right to work.I don't think you can ask for much more than that.

Nice inflatable we ordered the tropical obstacle course it was a hit and also ordered two tables and 10 chairs. One of the tables was tricky to open though the worker helped with that I used table covers because they have some wear being rentals that's expected. The price for the obstacle course was unbeatable for what it was. Setting up the date was easy though I wish they would give a courtesy call 3 days or so prior for a true confirmation because I made a call a few days before just to make sure I was set for that date for certain. The man made suggestions on which parks in my area were best since we recently moved here and yes it went smooth I had good service through them I will go through them again

I did some research on companies before I booked. I figured the bad reviews were just a few unhappy people. Unfortunately, I was very wrong to assume this company had standards for their customer service. Apparently they have, and will continue to, treat their customers unfair and unapologetically.I called and booked a water slide for my seven year old. I sent an email to confirm. the day of the party I waited. no slide. I called the company to get an ETA on their arrival. I was told that I called earlier in the week to cancel. I was stunned. I told them there must have been a mistake. They said they'd check and call back. They called back. But only to argue. They stated "his partner" distinctly remembered me calling to cancel. that I was the only one with my name that they confirmed my address and phone number upon cancellation. I explained that I understood mistakes happen. I wasn't mad. I just wanted them to get a slide to me ASAP. They told me they didn't know if they wanted to do that because I sounded mad. um... I explained I was mad. but again I understood the mistake happened and just needed them to make it right. They said they already rented out the slide I ordered but would see if they could do something. I thanked them and asked for an apology. The guy clearly did not want to apologize but grunted "sorry" and said he'd call back. He called back and simply said, "we found something. someone will be there soon". I thanked him and waited. Ironically, they had my address wrong and had to call and get the correct one (contradicting the supposed phone call I made to cancel) AND they brought the same slide I requested that they said had already been rented by someone else. The people that came we're pleasant. we tipped and thanked them. BUT really, believe the reviews. Whoever the guys are in the office just want to fight, don't care about your feelings or facts, and don't care about being polite or courteous. I'll await the unprofessional response to this review. it will likely prove my point.

I really don't understand the poor reviews on here. I have used JumpMaxx 3 years in a row now for my son's birthday and I don't have a single complaint. They show up when they say they are going to, and are very efficient. Not to mention their prices are lower than what I've seen from their competitors. I have been very happy with them and wouldn't use anyone else.

If all you care about is getting a jumpy castle at your party that is in decent shape then this company might work out for you. But be warned - do NOT provide them with any feedback unless it's all praise and kisses! Even if it's constructive and intended to help this small business become even better. You will get every excuse in the book. You will be told that they are infallible and in fact you, the customer, are completely out to lunch. You will be told that they get non-stop raving reviews and can't be bothered by customers with legitimate issues with their service. I once read the DSM IV manual about personality disorders and this business is text book narcissist. No matter what you claim about their service, communication, agreements over the phone, drop-off/pick-up times, issues with the delivery driver, etc.... you will always be wrong - JumpMaxx will always be right. They are a small business - only 2 people I believe - so don't expect to be lucky and speak to or work with the friendly representative who values customer service, strives for customer satisfaction, and genuinely wants your feedback. They honestly don't care. You will only cause yourself more frustration - even providing constructive professional feedback will be met with the Heisman stiff-arm. Read through these reviews and you'll see what I'm talking about. I was hoping our customer service FAIL was a one-off case, but the trends on Yelp are pretty clear. I wish I had looked at Yelp beforehand. I figured they were the only jumpy castle rental in town. I was just being lazy. Just did a quick search and found 3 other options with 5-star reviews.I sincerely hope JumpMaxx is able to get an attitude adjustment for their small business sake. They think that one pissed-off customer isn't a big deal when there are 40 or 50 others with no complaints. But they fail to consider the power of word-of-mouth. You've been warned. Recommend you try another option - or else just keep your opinions to yourself.

I cancelled my card after dealing with this "company"Scam, Very unprofessional service. Both of the delivery guys showed up 2 hours late, didn't help at all with the set up of the blow up water slide we ordered. When the same delivery guys came back to the house, just trying to pick up the product, they broke a zipper buckle.This is where I really started to have a problem with this "company". The delivery guys tried to charge me $1,500 for 1 broken zipper buckle (which five people watched them break).I've never experienced anything like this. After deflating the slide, the 2 delivery guys proceeded to stand on the deflated slide and repeatedly said threatening statements as I tried to resolve the situation.Party guests watched and I spent the next hour talking to these two. Apparently one of them is the brother of the owner's brother and refused to show me the rental contract until his brother arrived. After dealing with this situation for an hour, the police came and had to resolve the situation. The whole time we couldn't get the delivery guys to leave us alone. After over an hour, the police and the owner show up. The police did a great job of de-escalating the situation and the owner; to his credit, was much easier to deal with than his brother.The whole situation ended with an agreement to settle in court.TL;DR Scam, will try to rip you off. 2 hours Late. Delivery drones are hostile. Small family company that resembles the kind of organization that will tow your car and charge you $200 for the pickup.

I had been using this company for years and years with no issue until last year. We had a Halloween party at my house- they're late. I call and they said someone called an canceled/moved the date to the party.... ummmm no we didn't. So they show up incredibly late but we get it eventually up. This year I decide to give it another go. I have left them 3 messages over a weeks span and not one has been returned. So I decide one last chance and email them. I inquired about a specific one, but also that I would take others. All I get back is an email stating they don't have that specific one. No asking about renting another one. Greatly disappointed and will steer everyone away.

Easy-peasy, headache-free process. I would absolutely use Jumpmaxx again. The Hello Kitty castle was in perfect condition and the kids played on it the ENTIRE time. Parents could actually enjoy the party and socialize with each other because the kids were so entertained with the bounce house.I rented the Hello Kitty 5-in-1 Bounce House for my daughter's 5th birthday and it was such a hit with the kids. The party was at a Marana park and the Jumpmaxx team was very knowledgable with which bounce houses would fit within the space beside our ramada. The gentleman conducting the set-up arrived about 30 minutes before our party and had the castle set up within 15 minutes. He arrived shortly after the party ended and packed up the bounce house almost as quickly as it was set up.

I called JumpMaxx to ask about a disney princess jumping castle that was listed online for $80. The guy who answered the call said he didn't have a jumping castle for that price. I told him I was looking at it online. He even went to the extreme to ask me to text him a screenshot which I did and he said "I see what you're talking about but it's listed incorrectly, it's actually $110". He acknowledged that their own website listed it for that price but would not honor the price. I was okay with paying $110 and I asked him if it was available a month away and he instantly said no. He was rude and it definitely felt like he denied me service due to being corrected on the online listings. Prices are not was are listed online!

This is my second time doing business with JumpMaxx and I am glad to say that this company again provided me with excellent service!! I have seen negative reviews about this company and I am personally confused as to where they are getting "horrible service." I reserved an inflatable slip n slide and table and chairs a few weeks from the date I needed and I even added more items a few days before my party and I didn't experience any issues! The day of the party, my rentals were dropped off early (which was even better) and the guy picked up the items on time and even gave the kids a few more minutes to play on it before taking it down! Lastly, this is the most affordable jumping castle company in town! I will continue using them with all future events!!!
