We were looking for a fun family event in Tucson and this hit the spot! Staff was great and helpful. We love all the fun interactive screens, basketball, dodge ball and so many fun events!

This place is SUPER FUN. However, every time we come here the teenage staff are always standing around and nobody can help us when we are trying to purchase our bands or socks. There 4-5 teenagers always standing around doing nothing but talking and not helping the guests. Super annoying for how expensive this place is. Where is the manager or freaking adults? we've had to literally yell "could we get some help?". I don't like being shitty but these kids shouldn't be working here it should be ran by adults!

Looking for a great way to tucker out your kids? This place will do it! My 3 and 6 year olds had a blast there for a birthday party. We also went when they were younger, and thought it was pretty pricey for how long you were there, but definitely worth it if the adults don't have to jump. My 6 year old was fine, but I was a little worried about my 3 year old as they do little supervising with rowdy older kids so you have to watch them closely. The place is huge so makes it hard when your one person watching 2 kids.

The trampolines are fun for for kids but they are too worried about stupid things. They will not let you in unless you buy their socks. So, you are paying for the time and then they have figured out how to nickel and dime everything else. We brought 2 pairs of grippy socks from their competitors but could not use them because they are too worried about having other logos on their trampolines? They are exactly the same except for the other logos clearly make this company feel insecure. Why is it necessary for big companies to try to get as much money out of everyone and use the "it's our policy" excuse without any real reason for the BS policy? That is just terrible customer service.

This place is fun but always packed! Tons of stuff to jump around on and play. Pricing isn't too bad, we came here so my nephew could jump around with a couple kids from HS. They loved it and had a great time. Pricing is based off time spent here. Not much in the way of food but tons of stuff to drink! We'll be back forsure

Overall, this place is pretty cool. It has way more to offer than Get Air. Comfortable seating options for the "observers" all over the room.Disappointed about the hamster balls (not sure what they call them there, but the large clear balls you crawl into and then roll around). They weren't out and when I asked why I was told that a couple had broken so they weren't going to bring ANY of them out at all. This stinks, since its one of the main reasons we came and no one told us when we were buying the 26 dollar tickets (for 2 hours of jumping time). I asked when they'd be back and they told me they have to order them from corporate so they don't know. They also said I should get there early in the morning if we ever want to use them because when it's busy they usually put them away! What?

Very affordable, energetic;, and place for the family! Highly recommend for those who want to run their kids out for a good night's sleep.

Favorite place to take my grandkids. Loads of different things for kids to do with many comfortable options for the parents to read, work, or just relax while the kids are blowing off steam. We always go to In and Out Burger afterwards (practically around the corner)

Absolute waste of $40 to get two kids in for an hour. Stuff is broken, staff is on the trampolines in street shoes, place is nearly vacant.

Fun, vibrant, and affordable. Equipment in good shape. Helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Best trampoline park in town.
