First, support local-black owned businesses. Thanks to my neighbor and the Blax Friday app, I found this gem to fix my front bearings of my car's wheels at an affordable and accommodating price. They were so quick with the repairs unlike my dealership. Also, I will be going to them for service maintenance moving forward as their cost is less expensive than the dealership. It is paramount to note that I have taken my vehicles to JT Auto for well over 5 years. That alone speaks volumes to the business. The team at JT Auto have always shown compassion, kindness, and integrity in working with me as a client. They are always mindful of my desire to feel safe in my vehicle, provide explanations and details when I want more information about repair options, and point out when I am at risk of a vehicle disaster as they have taken the time to get to know me as a client and know the amount of driving and kind of driving I routinely have on my schedule. I have had a variety of work done at JT Auto on both a Jeep Wrangler, Hyundai Sante Fe, and now a Ford Bronco. I always feel that I can trust their judgement as well as advice for repair choices (and even when I was navigating a new car purchase). The scope of work done to my vehicles over the years include the routine (oil changes, tire repair and replacement, brakes) as well as less frequent, such as repairing damage done by packrats, swapping out a dented bumper with a new bumper (on my Wrangler) and replacing shocks/struts. I have always felt that the pricing is fair and the value for the work/warranty/ and overall service is top notch. I highly recommend JT Auto and the whole team to any/every type of client. They are kiind, honest, fair, and highly reliable as a business and repair facility in terms fo completinga job when they say they will have it done (or communicating any delay before the last minute).

I cannot say enough good things about this auto shop! I've only ever had excellent, and kind, service here. Today they really helped me out of a bad fix! They're not just great at what they do, they're compassionate. We're so lucky to have them!!

I have 2 daily drivers and 2 classic cars. I try to do the majority of the work on the cars myself, but sometimes the labor, effort or experience required is outside of my abilities. JT Auto and Wendell's quotes and prices for work and parts have always been spot on what I was expecting to pay before I went for the estimate. They also stand behind their estimate. I've met many of their techs. All good people. Sometimes they find more things that require attention and they've never been wrong. They have found other issues with my cars I didn't know about until I saw it for myself and they saved me more grief in the future. It's hard to find good shops and the only negative thing I can say is that their honest business model will eventually make them too busy for me to be able to get my own cars in.

The new location offers a much more comfortable waiting situation. Other than that there is no change: great work, reasonable prices, responsive people. Everything you could ask for from a mechanic and more. I not only trust these guys but also consider them friends. If you want the very best, you can';t do better than JT Auto,

I am new to the Tucson area and am ecstatic to have found JT Auto through yelp. I had to take my Mazda in for an oil change and a thorough once over before an upcoming road trip, and from the moment I pulled in I knew these were the guys to go to. Everyone is super nice, absolutely thorough and knowledgeable, and they were just extremely helpful in getting my car's needs done before I had to leave town. Finding a good mechanic is one of those gifts in life you should appreciate, and boy do I since finding JT Auto! These guys are the best!

What a wonderful experience. My daughter's AC went out and I'm getting on a plane at 5 PM. JT auto was able to squeeze us in between appointments, diagnose and fix the ac within an hour! Unbelievable! Thank you so very much JT!

I have visited JT auto 4 times in the last 3 years. Twice for a general tune up and once for a new battery. The 4th was for a stalling issue that I believed that I had but never experienced since the visit. Every visit was fairly priced, convieniently done and 100% resolved without any issue. While auto repair firms often have bad reputations or require that you rent a car for the week they will need to do the tune-up or get the parts required, NONE of this has ever happened at JT Auto. This company may be trying to ruin the bad reputation of dealers and auto repair companies.
