I wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars. That's how good the food was. Hubby and I were driving kind of aimlessly and decided to get an early dinner. We happened to drive by JP's and decided to give it a try. We were greeted warmly by the staff and we sat at the bar. The decor is modern, inviting yet comfortable. There were a lot of TVs (which made hubby happy.) We perused a very inclusive menu and decided on the Supreme Sampler Platter to share. This came with fried fish and shrimp, toritos (shrimp stuffed peppers wrapped in bacon) and momias (shrimp wrapped in cheese and bacon), marlin chile rellenos, and grilled shrimp in the shell, along with a seafood cocktail, rice, and two types of salad - a green salad and a tasty cole slaw.The friendly waiter refilled our chip basket while we were waiting (everything is prepared to order, and a large party had come in before us, so we waited patiently. )When the food came, we were very pleased to see both quantity and quality abounded. The fried fish was perfect-not greasy, tender and completely boneless. The star of the plate (IMO) was the marlin relleno. The relleno only needed a fork to cut it, and it absolutely melted in your mouth. The platter was served with tostadas, satine crackers, and corn tortillas.We finished about a third of the platter and took the rest home. Our cats were as happy with the food as we were.I will definitely be returning here-my birthday is coming up! And so is my son's! One word of caution-be sure you're hungry if you come here, you will get a ton of food! Definitely value for the price!

Prices are good for what you're getting. Have never had a bad experience and we go quite often, the food always tastes fresh and delicious! I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Finding good seafood menus in Tucson is hard, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of their dishes.

*New Location* Super yum. Food was exactly as it was before. Honestly the best Mexican seafood in town. I brought my mom for an afternoon snack. The seafood is so fresh. Everything is cooked perfectly and condiments galore to choose from. Don't be afraid to drive south of Broadway. So good.

Omg i really got charged 19 for a ceviche and the cup that I got was a medium size cup when I asked for a large and then there wasn't any ceviche really in it I would literally suggest Mariscos Chihuahua better.

Great restaurant. Fantastic food with amazing service. Simple and unpretentious ambience with fresh fish and so enjoyable. Have tried many different dishes including combo platters and so delicious. Recommended to neighbors recently and they concurred with my praise for JPs. Going back again soon

The service was thoughtful and friendly. Food was great and prepared fresh. The ambiance really "isn't ", but we were all impressed with everything else. Clean.

We took my brother and his wife to JPs Seafood and Market before they headed back to Texas. They loved the food as much as my wife and I did, and raved about the fresh seafood in the case. I bought them two lbs of fresh shrimp for making Mexican shrimp cocktails when they got back home. Looking forward to our next trip. My brother, his wife and my wife all had the seafood platters. I had a large campechana, half dozen of oysters and the shrimp platter. Our server was exceptional as was the service staff at the market. Thank you all.
