overpriced and icy frozen yogurt. $15 for two frozen yogurts that were not even filled 3/4 full. Waste of money and won't be back. We would rather go to DQ.

So, 2 years ago my sister and brother in-law came to visit and treated us to a night of frozen yogurt at Josie's, I can remember him saying HOLY MOLY $40. Bucks at the register and that was small cups for 5 people Fast forward, today I took two kids and myself and when I checked out it was $42. Dollars!I said WHAT? The cashier sadly said ya, sorry our prices just went up last week.I said okay but that really stinks because we won't be coming back, I can't afford that.I'm sorry but I could get dinner with better tasting ice cream at Culver's for that price.Or I could've went to the grocery store and bought 10 Ben n Jerry's.I understand the inflation has everything a little high but Josie's is ripping people off, the longer I thought about what I just paid for 3 small cups of mediocre at best froyo, I really should have set the cups down and said no thank you.SMHNEVER AGAIN JOSIE'S!Ps. It really wasn't good

I like ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard treats. Today I stopped by Josie's, a small place attached to the Subway shop next door. Getting in and out of the small parking lot was the first challenge.Older reviews mentioned the expensive price, but no one mentioned how much an ounce is now. It's barely noticeable on the wall, in 18-font print low on a poster where the cups are placed: 72 cents an ounce. And all the cups are large, making you subconsciously want to fill up the cup with the treat. When I mentioned to the employee that they need to post the price per ounce on the wall, she snapped back "It is!" but it is not very obvious. I had to look for it.The booklet placed by the cups lists all the nutritional information. It lists 81 flavors, yet only 15 are offered from the machines. I had no-sugar-added vanilla with pomegranate-raspberry covered with berries. My treat was good, but cost nearly $11. Yikes! The shop is small but cheerfully painted in bright colors. Only four small, round tables are inside, with two more outside in the sun. There are no outlets to use to recharge your phone while enjoying the treat. This keeps people from lingeringService was ok. The young woman working when I walked in had the charisma of a dying carp. But she was efficient and kept the counters clean, especially after a young mother with three kids walked in and took advantage of the Buy-one, get-one-free on Thursdays from 12-2pm. They left, though, and didn't eat inside. So did the other three customers who walked in while I was inside.

Frozen yogurt is getting ridiculously expensive! This spot at least has a BOGO on Thursdays which makes it less of a sting! This is your typical froyo place but not as many options as you would see at one of the more popular chain joints. Customer service is lacking as well. People really hate their jobs in this area! Not worth going out of your way for, so, come on a Thursday if you wanna waste some money. It's not a terrible option but it's definitely not great either. The froyo itself is fine but the toppings are too basic & it just doesn't hit the spot.

This place isn't good. I don't want to give it lower stars than this because that's kind of mean. Let me be clear and let you know that my review is not based on the customer service. Because they greeted us when we walked at the door, helped us promptly , wore their masks, and were very polite and courteous My issue is that their yogurt flat out sucks. We tried a few flavors :Coconut, Dutch chocolate, strawberry, French vanilla, and dulce de leche My problem was maybe their machines haven't been closed / washed out and refreshed in a while cause the flavor was definitely OFF.We threw both of ours away. My husbands especially tasted strange, and left a weird Citric / baking soda taste :( We have been waiting to try this place and it was just not good. I wanted to like it because they have a Thursday deal that's very good I think it's either BOGO or half off; either way, I would have been better not eating that: we threw it away after a few bites

It's just frozen yogurt. Nothing really special. The girl at the cashier had superb customer service though. It was definitely a nice reprieve from spending most of the day in a hot car.

So glad Sierra Vista has a frozen yogurt place! We enjoyed our combinations! The restaurant was clean, had a good variety of toppings and frozen yogurt/sorbet selection and customer service was great. Will definitely go back!

I love yogurt places but was highly disappointed in the lack of flavors offered . 5 machines were out of order . The Caramel flavor which we all got had an of order sign placed on it after we got some. 4 of the 7 flavors left were some form of strawberry . The other 3 were birthday cake, vanilla , caramel pie . The topping selection was good and the employee was nice . I asked how often they change the flavors and was told is based on what sales . Well if you only offer strawberry

pricy 42$ for three cups would not recommend if on a budget go to Culver's instead and get concrete mixers and not many topping options
