John was friendly and knowledgeable. He cleaned my mom's little beretta and even had the correct ammunition for it even thought it had been so long and we weren't sure it still had ammunition,o being made. 5 exceptional stars. Would absolutely recommend!

I have been looking for a specific magazine and called many places in Tucson. John was the only one who offered to check with one of his vendors and finally found the item that I desperately needed though I was told I wouldn't be able to get one from others. Great folks waited on me (including John) and his patrons were also friendly. Great selection and my new "go to" place!

Its incredibly rare to find a dealer who, when finding the item their customer wants, takes the time to check their supplier price against market value, and is willing to take the loss on a sale to steer a customer to an honest competitor who has a bigger discount at the time. He didn't send me to a particular store, but he told me where to look, and what price point I may want to stick to given market availabilityRarer still, he thought of some other items that would meet our needs that we didn't know about... Again, they were things he wasn't going to sell me. He said he could get any of what we discussed, but for these he wouldn't be a competing price. He told me what else to look for so I could get my need met. And he continued to give free advice when I called back with follow on questions, and he knew he wasn't getting a dime for it.Since then, I've bought ammo and had several orders processed here. John is open, honest, and willing to tell you what he knows, and more importantly what he doesn't know, in a straightforward manner. I've been outright lied to from other stores in town, and in one case it took hours of time and listening to a recording to even get them to begin to make it right. It was a fight, and I still never got all of what I paid for, so I still got burned in the end. Can't imagine what it would have been like without the recording.Call John and talk to him. Ask him those questions you never ask a vendor, such as "is this a good price?" You'll see. He has great prices for most buys. I was able to purchase ammo I was looking for one of my guns. They were all out of 357 rounds but it's ok. It's a small place for a quick reload.
