Wonderfully maintained piece of history. Self guided tour with plenty of information to fully appreciate the experience. Take your time and have fun checking out all the little details within the buildings and around the grounds. Definitely worth the scenic journey to get there, enjoy the views!

Super cool piece of preserved history. Had the whole place to ourselves in the middle of no where. Amazing. The ranch has a natural spring and is super lush, green, and has a huge pond. The lady at the front office was very nice and informative.

Surprised no one has reviewed this yet! Cool, historic ranch. Was also a civil war post. We photographed a Blue Mockingbird here, first sighting north of the border. My friend, while sitting on one of the park benches, was "visited" by a ghost soldier! Yes, the place IS haunted!
