I had the most amazing experience ever while working with Tom May and Terry Parish at the Nissan dealership. I am a single Mother of two teenagers, I recently got into an at-fault accident and I needed a new car. Despite all of the difficulties that I was experiencing at the time, these guys went above and beyond to help me get into a brand new Altima (the car that I wanted!!) I will always refer my family and friends to Nissan for their outstanding, professional, customer service oriented and the superior determination to satisfy the customers needs/wants; no matter what it takes! Everyone was very friendly and they made the process fun! I will always make Nissan my go-to dealership! I highly recommend!!!

Actually my second time being here. We took my car for maintenance . And I remember that our experience was good, too. This time we had my husband's pick up truck for maintenance, we purchased it somewhere in Phoenix. But we figured we would rather go local for our maintenance. Our experience was excellent! And their price is very reasonable, plus a free car wash goes with it, as well. My son purchased his car here, and he gets free maintenance. We do like this place! And we're not going anywhere for maintenance for our truck.

Service Manager: Shane CristService Advisor: Thomas Quintero Appointment: May 2, 2024Service Advisor: Thomas Quintero abused my vehicle during an oil change appointment. Upon opening the hood of my vehicle, there was strong odor of burning clutch and the Service Manager: Shane Crist acknowledged this as well. In this video you can see Thomas Quintero abusing my vehicle. Would NOT recommend Jim Click Nissan Dealership to anyone as they don't take care of customer's vehicle and abuse it. I also saw that they washed other customers car and as for my car, they didn't even offer to wash after the service. I am giving a "shout out" to Service Advisor Dante Anderson. I went there for a oil change (cheaper at the Nissan dealer than other auto shops)......I had checked around....... I also needed tires and also checked other places, including Discount Tire. I got new tires at a reasonable price, he did not try and add services or upcharge me. I will always go back to Jim Click Nissan. Also the service desk gal (did not get her name) was very efficient, patient and pleasant.

I'm updating my review from before I'm not sure if my old review is still gonna be able to be seen and this update is just an add-on That would be the best case scenario because it was a lengthy review of a pretty bad experience overall, that cost me money that it didn't have to cost me That said, when the part that they put on four months before failed, and I was desperate because I was leaving the state in five days driving that car -The service manager Shawn did an amazing job of finding the part and getting it put on in one day, so I could still make my trip in timeHe did go above and beyond and that one thing is worthy of five stars but my three prior experiences were one star so I'd really give them 2 1/2 stars I just don't know about giving three stars But I would say if you need to use them because there's not a lot of choice in Tucson -work with Shawn if you canCarlos, the my service guy was nice and good but he doesn't make the final decisions

Made an appointment two weeks ago for 8:30AM. Tech told me it was as simple as plugging my vehicle into a computer to tell them what was wrong (it's a parking sensor) asked if I was waiting for the vehicle, told him no. It's now 1:15pm, I have called twice and waited on hold for over 20 minutes and still no update. Why make an appointment if it's not going to be looked at for five hours?
