I was willing to travel a long distance to get the best deal on a new car, and that deal ended up being at Jim Click. The deal they offered me on a new MX-5 RF made other dealership's eyes pop when I tried to get them to match or beat it.Riley was the Salesman I hooked up with at Jim Click, and he is definitely the guy to go to. He is extremely passionate about cars, beyond just salesmanship, in the exact kind of way you want your dealer to be. He will make sure you leave with a vehicle that fits you best, not line their pockets the most. Meanwhile, I suspect Kevin was the real wizard behind the paperwork that got me the deal that broke the back of nearly every Mazda dealer in Arizona. Kudos to both of them.

As an unhappy customer, I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the Mazda service center in Tucson East. The dealership itself feels run down, and the pricing for cars is clearly bloated. The service workshop leaves much to be desired--it's clumsy and poorly managed, making it difficult to get appointments for anything beyond an oil change.One of the most frustrating experiences I've had involved a battery replacement. Despite the battery dying within the first year, claiming the warranty has been nearly impossible. Emergency appointments are a rarity, and when I finally managed to get one, the staff insisted the battery was fine, even though I've had to jumpstart my car twice a week.Although I didn't purchase my Mazda from this dealership, I'm forced to service my vehicle here because it's the only Mazda service center in Tucson East. Unfortunately, the lack of alternatives has left me stuck with subpar service. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone unless you're in a bind like I am.

I am a very demanding customer, I have to say this service department is managed and operates perfectly.The service manager Mr. Bradley is excellent and accommodating, very very knowledgeable, he listens and puts his vast experience to making a great customer experience.I will be purchasing another cx 9 which is now CX -90. Bought a CX-5 from a different dealership but took it to this location for an oil change and to see why it's leaking, they told us the oil filter was just loose but I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling for how we were treated here and an oil change came back around so we decided to do an oil change ourselves and this is what we found! The oil filter was completely smashed in and tightened far more than hand/tight. No strap wrench, oil filter cap wrench or anything was able to get it off. Finally used a different tool to puncture it even more and got it off. Do not take your car here for an oil change.

At the service department my advisor was Prince and he was great. I also like the very cool video of the inspection they did of my car.I didn't like that they charged me $591 for a new key fob for my car. I don't know how they can look at themselves in the mirror when they gouge their customers like that. I will never buy a car there or have it serviced there.

Went in for a simple oil change, or so I thought... Was told 45 minutes at max so I stayed in the area. 2 hours goes by, I texted, called, and left a voicemail. Heard nothing back from them so I went back inside and talked to them. Turns out they haven't even started my oil change! Truly disappointed in the customer service and do NOT recommend getting any work done on your car here unless you don't mind waiting the rest of your life.

Well, folks, the saga continues with Jim Click Mazda. I was jacked around while trying to get the correct dealership. On May 30, 2024 I made an appointment to have my Mazda Cx-5 serviced and have them look at the Air Conditioner not blowing cold air. Next available appointment: Tuesday, 25 June 2024. Wow! I dropped it off yesterday and Prince the Service Manager and my car specialist, Victor were very courteous. I left the car overnight, texted them today and they said my vehicle is not even in the shop yet! This is not a failure of the folks at the Mazda East dealership. This is a failure and lack of leadership of Jim Slick. I'm going to get my unfixed car tomorrow. I am going to Cardinale Mazda in Phoenix. They would never treat a customer like this! It is where I purchased the car......

I believe in holding people accountable and holding myself accountable, obviously Joe Mercado doesn't. Before making my appointment for an oil change I was told over the phone it would take 45 minutes, in person when I dropped my car off I was told 45 minutes again. I decided to stay in the area because I thought it would be quick and easy, after 2 hours of waiting and not hearing from them I sent a text asking if my car was ready. No response. I called and no one picked up the phone. I went back in and asked if there were any updates. Joe was very surprised that I showed up. Turns out they hadn't even started my oil change. Joe told me they would "expedite it". That they did not do. I waited another 45 minutes before talking to Joe. Was told that the oil was drained and just need to be filled up. Guess what, another 30 minutes goes by and nothings changed. I asked for an update from Joe and he rudely said "what do you want me to stand over their shoulder while he does it". I said I would love for him to do that. Another 15 minutes goes by, Joe comes back, talks with co-works for a bit, slowly walks back to his desk and takes a couple minutes to acknowledge me standing there at the counter. After everything is all said and done Joe said sorry about the wait, I responded you told me 45 minutes and he said no I told you an hour and 45. Sorry Joe you did not, putting the blame on other people is something children do. Overall a very bad experience with rude customer service and bad communication. If you are looking to get any work to your car done at this location I highly recommend against doing so. Joe Mercado, I hope you grow up someday and take some accountability.
