FIRST TIME BUYERS BEWARE CORNER STORE DEALRS/HUSTLERSpurchased a car I didn't wantCARS WORTH 18thousand PAYING 45 THOUSAND WTTTHH they told me it would be 26 THOUSAND I SAW 45 thousand I thought it was a discount or something because he said it would be 26 thousand period never mentioned how much interest rate would affect the total After I made my first payment and saw more than 200 dollars going into interest out of 500 I did the math and realized I would be paying 45thousand in total I'm 100% certain anyone with common sense would of not bought the car if they knew there paying 45 for a car that's worth 18 jk it's worth 16 when it out the lot be careful when you sign ask about anything that doesn't look right or numbers there not talking about because they matter IF YOU HAVE NO SALES EXPERIENCE GO ELSEWHERE OR GET EDUCATED BACKGROUND STORY arrived at 8am. Told ryan dealer my family had purchased 4 vehicles from jim click complete disregard my comment. allowed me to pick cars like a fool in the luxury side in order to pull a shadey move and find out how much I was willing to pay around 7pm they told me I could only purchased a kia rio s and they charged me the numbers they phished for I finish around 8:30 past closing time was there more than 12 hours they got me to sign tired n starving left me feeling like donkeyTIPS if you don't understand or see a number that doesn't look right ask about it Don't give any information to the shadey dealers unless your 100% that's the car you want because there phishing for information Tell the dealer he's not your friend to allow you to pick a car you didnt come to talk you came to buy a car there not your friend there phishing.!Go to a man that for the people down the street youll probably have better luck

The service department is below substandard. Been waiting for over two hours for a call back, nothing. Called again was transferred to a voice mail that never returned my call.I have had my maintenance done there for three plus years now and each year the service gets worse.No more trying to get through to them about customer service, they seemingly hate customers.

Went into Jim Click Kia today..' Had printed the window stickers for two Kia auto we were interested in. We were greeted by a sales person, and he said he was with a customer. He went inside and said someone would be right with us. 15 minutes later I went inside, and told the men at the white desk in the showroom, that we wanted to purchase a car today, but nobody wanted to help us. And we walked out the door.. A man came out to us and said he was the Finance Manager. Thanks to him for at least wanting to help us.. To Late We left.. Sorry we wanted to by from you.. Thanks

Buy somewhere else. The service department is terrible. The sales personnel promise what the Service Department won't deliver.I bought the Platinum service package with our new KIA optima. I was told/promised the package was worth every penny and the service I would receive would be great.Buying the Platinum service doesn't mean anything to the service department. Every time I try or receive service the Jim Click Service Department they treat me terrible acting like they hate doing their jobs. If this is the special treatment you get with the Platinum package save your money.I brought this to the attention of the general manager Mike Duran. He didn't even know what was covered under the packages he sells. I could NOT be more disappointed with Jim Click Kia. The problems start at the top with Mike Duran and get worse as you move down the ladder. It's now easy to see why the employees don't care. Curtis H.
