Giving this business even 1 star is even too high. I called today to have my Hyundai Kona looked at because the transmission is going out. They actually expected me to wait until August 2nd to have the car looked at. Wow!... really. 2 month wait. So I called Cambelback Hyundai in Phoenix. And of course they can get me in this week. How sad. That's why I will never will buy a car in Tucson. Except from Watson Chevrolet. Their service department is amazing. So, I definitely won't be buying my new Hyundai Palisade. I really believe, That a dealership is only as good as their service department. And Jim Click gets a F-

Highly reccomend working with Greg in sales. Took me a few months to finally commit to buying a new car and he never pressured me but was always available for any questions, when I wanted to take a look and when I finally made the purchase. Very smooth transaction and easy to work with.

This is for the service department doing a maintenance job. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised given what I'd read. Appointment was taken as scheduled. Ralph walked me clearly through the work was to be done. It was done in a timely manner. The dealership arranged my transportation back to work after I dropped off the car and arranged my transportation back to pick up the car. The checkout process was quick and easy, there were no attempts to upsell any service, my car was washed and ready as promised. All in all couldn't have been smoother.

I will never ever have a Hyundai in Tucson ever again, scheduling a maintenance for life appointment is actually impossibleI love this car but won't do this again.Also, the maintenance for life coordinator was unacceptably rude, I asked her if we could look for times at a few locations and she just said there's nothing available. I asked if she would like to maybe check before saying that, she said there's nothing available. I literally just scheduled an appointment for this Thursday Online.

I live in Red Rock and I couldn't get an appointment at Jim Click Hyundai at the Auto Mall until April for service on my 2024 Hyundai ELANTRA hybrid. So, I set up an appointment at Jim Click Hyundai on the east side. I was told I needed a mainline service advisor and not a maintenance for life advisor. Therefore, I asked for a mainline service advisor and got an appointment for Friday, January 31 to have my electric vehicle sensor light fixed (or whatever the problem was regarding my car, not switching over to electric vehicle often enough). My wife and I drove an hour from Red Rock to the dealership in order to drop the vehicle off and have her take me to work, however, when I got there, they said that I wasn't scheduled for the EV service and they couldn't do it even though I was dropping the vehicle off and that's the service that I called for. They didn't offer to squeeze me in or to work late to get it done or anything like that. It's frustrating to have an hour drive to a dealership and not have them do the work that you set up an appointment for. I scheduled the service a month earlier.

Do not deal with Jim Click dealerships!!! I have a 2023 Hyundai Sant Fe with 11,000 miles and the transmission went out in October. First service appointment was December 26 over two months. Finially got the car in and it took 2 days for them to tell me that the transmission was toast. Sharp service staff. The service manager indicated that the good news was it was under warranty (DuHHH) but it would be another two weeks to get the part. I was told that the car would be complete by Jan 7th because of the holidays. Called today and was told that they were only starting work on the car on the 7th and that it would not be done. In addition they don't know if they even have the parts to fix it! Called Hyundai Corp and they did not even help us at all, they said the Jim Click owned the Tucson and AZ sites, so they could not help

Old school sales tactics are tiresome. I call to see if a car is available and they say yes, but I need to come right away because people have been calling all day about it. Next I physically get to the dealer and they tell me someone has an appointment to see the car tomorrow. While going through the negotiation process apparently they were trying to sell the car to someone else over the phone at the exact same time. Meanwhile I am the only person there and their inventory is overflowing. They totally lowballed my trade and actually picked the wrong model # instead of using my vin #. The sales person I worked with was quite nice so there's that. Beautiful artwork in the dealership too btw.
