I just wanted to make sure these guys get a shout out! I just moved here from CA and I traded in my Honda for my Hyundai Kona.... Right before all the recalls hit...It took about 6 months for my service appointment to come up (booked it in October when a sensor had an issue and so I started driving less and less and caused a battery issue). I have both roadside and AAA and used roadside to get my car to the dealer. My service rep called me every step of the way and and made sure to answer any questions I had AND all without an attitude of being too busy for me or like I was asking dumb questions (I was absolutely asking dumb questions because I don't know A LOT about cars and just wanna make sure it's all good). I got my car back washed too which is not an experience I've had at a dealer before! All in all for whatever it's worth, any Hyundai dealership is probably slammed still and honestly I took care of everything from home and just showed up a day after it was done to grab it! Just hope these guys know it was beyond appreciated (and I didn't walk out spending my life's savings to fix my wiring issue due to packrat type damage!)

Brought my 2020 Elantra GT N Line in for service. Had an oil change, new tires installed, old/original tires had only 16K miles but had cracks all along the sidewalls. Also had an alignment completed, I had a blowout at 80mph that split the front rim a while back, and checked on a few other items.I worked with Jonny in the service department to setup, the appointment, the purchase of the tires and arranging for the other service needed. He was exceptional and extremely helpful. He came out to meet me when I drove up to the service department. Jonny completed all required information to get the work started very quickly.It took a little while to get everything completed, which was to be expected since I wasn't the only person having an appointment. Altogether it didn't take that long to get everything completed with all that had to be completed.I would strongly recommend Jim Click Hyundai and especially Jonny.

I know have a new Service Advisor, Charles, who will assist going forward. He is pleasant and seemingly knowledgeable and I'm going to make a follow-up appointment with him to get the whole windshield washer fluid mechanism addressed. There will be larger issues with my car going forward, so this will be a good way to start with him! More to come!

Brought my MINT condition 2012 Veracruz Limited with 41k miles in for the maintenance for life. Oil change. I drove 1/4 of the way home when the smell of something burning and the check engine light coming on every time I stepped on the brake. I turn around, call Jim Click to tell them Im coming back. I get in touch with the service department was transferred to the service manager Eric. He tells me to "pull over and turn the engine off!" Which I did. Stated he would be sending a tow truck. They were also texting and leaving voice mails at the same time I was calling them.I get back to the dealership and was told after quite some time by a attendant that someone notice a trail of oil in the "pick up, waiting area" area, They looked at the security footage and identified my car as the reason.This is the report:"Customer states towed in - Oil leak after oil change. Vehicle leaking engine oil from oil filter housing, engine was 5 quarts low.Cleaned engine bay, under carriage and washed vehicle. Torqued engine oil filter housing to Hyundai spec. Add 5 quarts of engine oil (engine takes 6 quarts) Test drove vehicle 5 miles. No engine concerns at this time. Service manager had conversation with customer."I was promised if I had any problems with the engine in the future, they would take care of the problem at no cost to me. They also filled the tank up with gas. We shall see.

Although they were able to accommodate the timeliness of my service repair and everything went well on that part they misquoted the price by doubling what it should've cost then tried to charge me an additional 20% above the quote. Repair was great; price was ridiculously high

They are a joke here. Dont care about the customers. Just rip you off and then want to say have nice day. Customers are definitely not right here. Even corporate is a joke. I put one star bc I had to. They deserve - 5 stars.

I bought my Hyundai Tucson a few months ago and bought the extended warranty. The sales people was easy to work with. I never write reviews but because of my experience with the service department i had to write this. 2 months ago i scheduled for the maintenance for life appointment. 2 weeks after making the appointment the check engine light comes on and the engine starts to run rough. I called the service department and they said to bring it in for the appointment i had already made and they would take care of it. I bring the car in and they said i had to speak to the service advisor and i will have to leave the car for a week or two so they could do the diagnostics. This was contrary to what i was told 2 months earlier. Now i will have to rent a car so they can keep mine to fix it. I suggest the service department get on the same page with the process. I guess the question is why did i buy the warranty if i cant get warranty work done. I very unhappy with what has transpired. My family has always owned Hyundai but if this is the service you can expect, then im not sure its worth it. I give them 1 star.
