Jewelry and Watch Repair Shop

This business is a nifty little scam. I've spent hundreds here on watches and repairs (I can prove it). And so I've bought the "lifetime battery replacement" for my watches, yet they don't honor it. Refused to change my battery "because it didn't match theirs, since it's marked". I've only taken it here! And even if it was changed by someone else, you still have the obligation to honor your policy! Why would I have spent my money on it in the past? Their customer service is pathetic at best. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

I brought my Cartier watch in because the clasp was lose and the man at the counter was so kind! He fixed my clasp in 10 minutes and didn't charge me! Now that amazing customer service. I am doing all my business there going forward... Just an FYI, I brought it to another jeweler, they wanted to keep it overnight and charge me $120.00...

Wonderful fast reasonably priced service! Had batteries replaced in two watches. I will definitely use this store again.

i needed a battery, i yelped this one closest to my house and was very satisfied with the prompt service and friendly attitude. They have a " life of your watch" guarantee free battery replacement program that i opted for .

A couple of years ago, I brought in an​ antique pendant watch that was over wound. Took about a week too "fix". I got it back, I was so happy! When I remembered that I should wind it, it had been two days or so. Imagine my surprise that it was still running! Then it hit me and I removed the back. Gone was the mechanical guts of my watch. In its place was a battery. Never called to ask my permission, didn't mention anything upon pick up. Charged me $80.00 to ruin my precious possession.

Great owner, Rex, and Mack, his assistant, is helpful as well. This is a jeweler you can trust with repairs, purchases, and consignment of treasured pieces you may want to sell. Excellent work and fair prices; highly recommend.

Finally found them- they used to be in Foothills mall- replaced battery- no charge as still covered under warranty

I've been here many times for battery replacement and they always take care of it immediately. I recently had a link removed from my watch bracelet, they took care of it very quickly and for just $20. I recommend this shop.
