Went to Jersey Mike's with my friend (who LOVES the place) at the lunch time rush. Was going to leave but watching how quickly the line moved and how well the 3 people (Abby, Aubrey & Dennis) were in sync, was impressive!! They worked quite efficiently and yet, were cordial and "patient" as they waited for customers to understand the add ons!! Watching Abby man the slicer...and chatting with people, and NOT lose a finger tip...also impressive!! Now on my "app" ordering lunch for my contractors next door!!!!!

My new favorite sub place. They make subs like I had when I lived back East. I order with the app, and I have never had an issue with my order. The Rosemay Parmesan bread is off the hook!! All around tasty sub with fresh ingredients.

Love this place! The service is fast and efficient (maybe not as a friendly as I would like) but hey, they always get my order right so that's more important. The food is good. Freshly cut meat and the fixings are tasty. The ambiance is clean and everything you would expect from a take-out place. I wish they were a little more affordable for a sandwich shop but it won't stop me from coming back.

Takes a very long time to get through the line. Perhaps this is the process, as they cut when you order. The sandwich is dry, even with the "juice" On a good note, they have Stubborn soda available in cans or at the fountain.

Definitely good sandwiches! Good service and good atmosphere. Well made in front of your eyes. The only downside here I think is the price. Its definitely more quality than the other big chain sub shops and if a little higher price is the only difference between those, I'm willing to pay it. I will definitely be returning to this place.

I used to LOVE these subs and was willing to go out of my way AND deal with the traffic getting back out but I think I made my last trip today sadly. $10 and some change for a sub with very little flavor. Their meat and cheese is sliced so thin you can't get a grip on any flavor other than the mayo and lettuce. What a disappointment...

About once a week my family craves a deli sandwich and after my sister recommended Jersey Mike's I tried it and have never gone back to any other sandwich place. The meat and cheese is freshly shaved right in front of you and the ingredients are so fresh! This results in the juiciest, fattest subs you could ever hope for. They are actually very much like the online company Golden Belly's subs which cost a small fortune compared. Our favorite sandwich we found to be the Italian sub that has an indulgent collection of cold cuts, all the Italian deli meats and when combined with the perfect dose of oil and vinegar seasonings, this is truly a feast. Above all the associates here have been consistently amazing, they have such a positive, happy attitude and really take care of you. On my last visit I was assisted by Mackenzie and Abbie, both super sweet people that showed superb customer service. I haven't had a remotely negative experience, it always top-notch! I'm just sad I didn't know about Jersey Mike's sooner:).

3rd time I have ordered from this location. Twice prior my sub wasn't made correctly per my order .Decided tonight to try again , I requested NO TOMATOES as I am allergic !! 4 slices were put on my sub !!I requested pickles ( which I love ) received one small sliced pickle on one half of the sub !!Will NEVER EVER WASTE MY $$ again on this location.Too many other sub shops that probably would like my business.I called to complain and had rude encounter with staff who basically laughed at me and dismissed me .DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!I am NO LONGER A JERSEYS MIKES CUSTOMER... YOU LOST MY BUSINESS!!!
