Man, I love this Jersey Mike's location My orders are always accurate and freshly made. We are always greeted by friendly and professional staff. This store is clean and nicely climate controlled. We have never had a bad or negative experience ahere. The only issues I have are choosing a new sandwich or an oldie but goodie to eat!! Our family definitely recommends Jersey Mike's

Jersey Mike subs are fantastic subs. Cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks are great. I recently visited the Grant road location and ordered the club. They forgot the bacon. I mentioned it, I was given several slices of bacon on a parchment type paper. Several weeks ago I visited the Jersey Mike's at 22nd and Harrison. Ordered the club there as well. They forgot the bacon at this location as well. Doesn't stop me from going back, still love the subs. When I order the club I always say, don't forget the bacon.

This was our first visit to a Jersey Mike's and frankly I can't tell their subs apart from any of the other sub places on the eastside. We frequently make our own subs and they are about the same. Tasty but not great. The service was fine and friendly even though our requested oil on the side was left out of our bag. We are probably spoiled after living on the east coast for a number of years. Roma's is the only location in Tucson we have found that is unique.

I can't say enough fantastic things about this particular Jersey Mike's location. Great great sandwiches hot or cold.... Great service ... and most important ~ extremely CLEAN. I attribute it being a "well oiled machine" , so to speak not only to the employees but the MANAGER ANNA....I was having a problem placing a delivery order... I spoke with ANNA she handled it 123.... No problems at all. So pleasant in every way. She is living proof not all Superheroes wear a cape! There should be more Managers like Anna. I think she is more than qualified to be the General Manager....the powers that be... what are you waiting for? If you are in the mood for a great sandwich with excellent customer service & immaculate head over to this location! You won't be disappointed. Whoever hired her??? Great choice!

I really like this place. Typical sandwich shop. They have a large menu of sandwiches, chips and cookies. We've been here twice now and have gotten the same great service and fabulous sandwiches. We'll be back soon.

I love this place but this sandwich is ridiculous it looks like someone sat on it... trust me it wasn't me who sat on it. Lady with red hair made my subs. Other skinny young man in there is always very nice and accommodating.

this is the second time in as many months I have gone into the Jersey Mike's location on Grant near Kolb in Tucson, and every table was filled unfortunately there was one person at a four top and this happened two times. Jersey Mike's you want more business more two top tables in. Most people do not want to eat lunch with a stranger when elsewhere down to Phillies finest. can't be losing $15-$16 because no one has a place to eat and it's 100 outside
