Jersey Mike's Subs

It can be hard to find a good place to eat consistently when you're on the road. That's why I like Jersey Mike's and I wanted to shout out this location. Specifically, I was served by the manager, Elaine. She was very, very kind which created a nice environment for me and the party I was with. My chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak was made to perfection and I'm very satisfied. Very clean location as well, which I appreciate it. Thanks all.

This used to be one of my favorite places to get a good sandwich but if they are going to start having a scale and measuring their meats and sandwiches, I will find another place of business to spend my money on. Your prices have gone up the amount of meat on the sandwich has been reduced. If you're not careful, you're going to fall from Grace like Eegee's did

Worst service ever at a jersey mikes. Ordered a giant sandwich as I was going to split it in half to eat for dinner and the other half for lunch tomorrow. The associate put it together so sloppy I asked for jalapeños on side in a container. The associate put a few in a very small container and I made the comment that for the size of the sandwich I would need at least 6 containers since they were so small. I asked if he could just put them in a small cup and he made the remark that just because they're free I couldn't have all of them which was uncalled for. I will never return to this location and when I asked for the managers name and number he sarcastically said that they have it memorized.

A little bit of a wait if you order the chicken bacon ranch sub, but it's seriously so worth the wait! The staff are sweet, the location was clean, and even better my parents and I all loved our subs! They'd been there before, this was my first time into the location but it did not disappoint. The music was good too got mine on rosemary something bread and that made it even better! Definitely recommend this place.

I must say that these are some very good and very well made subs. They use great ingredients and care about what they're doing as they're making the subs. If this review was based solely on the quality of the food, they would get five stars hands down. I wasnt happy about two things here. One they have several employees there and only one person making sandwiches. She did an amazing job and I could tell she new more than anyone there. I was there around lunch time though and one person just can't keep up with the amount of customers that come in at lunchtime. Number two is the price. 9 bucks for a 6 or 7 inch sub is a little too high for me. The price being already high, they have a card reader that asks you how much you want to tip. I hate that! They try to guilt trip you into tipping someone for doing their job. It's like tipping a cashier when you pay for gas or something. And what, you should only tip if you pay with a credit card? I might go back just because the girl making the sandwich was cute and the subs were great, but not regularly.

I LOVE Jersey Mikes! This location has fast and friendly service. My fave is #13 but I have also loved others. The difference from other places like Subway, is the great bread and they use boarhead coldcuts. The bacon is cooked just right, nice and crispy!!This is my fav go to sub shop. BTW I am from NJ and yes we know subs or heroes as we call 'em!

If I could give a 0 star I would. We love jersey mikes in Chicago. Being out in tuscon for work and getting into my hotel room late notHing was open. I ordered jerseyMikes on Grubhub The order went through. I was tracking the driver. Ordered stated it was delivered. NOPE. Nothing. Don't order from this Jersey life Ike's. Thankfully grubhub gave me myMoney back

Moved near this area recently and have been enjoying this locationGetting delivery is expensive these days though

this location does nothing but mess up orders. several times in the past we let the little errors be forgiven. tonight i ordered 2 regular subs that ended up being onlu meat, cheese abd bread. one was supposed to have lettuce, onion, tomato and banana peppers along with extra mayo... the other sub was just onions and lettuce with mayo ...nope it was just meat and no cheese and no lettuce onions or mayo...all I got from management was mistakes happen... once is a mistake every time is lack of attention to detail.... hoping manager can get the refund done because she said I cant had to come from higher up than her... i would recommend you go to eegees or subway or jimmy johns... Mikes's has gone downhill... would give zero stars if i could

Slowest Jersey Mikes I have ever been too. Can't comment on the food quality because I. Still waiting for my big kahuna...25 minutes and counting
