Jeri's Uniforms

Great store for healthcare workers. Staff is knowledgeable, lots of stuff to order from catalogs, but selection for men in-store is kind of lacking. I had a scrub jacket embroidered and they did a really good job. I would return.

I had returned some scrubs that I had paid cash for. I was told they would have to put it on my card. What?? I replied with, " But I paid cash." I was told that at that moment they didn't have that kind of cash in their register?I was told they could put it on my card or they could write a check. What BS.If your going to do that then have a sign or something saying this. And I have yet to recieve my money back. Bad business on their part.

They have petite in every scrub!!! How amazing. Everyone was helpful. The store was very organized and clean.

If you're looking for any color, size or style of scrubs, you've come to the right place! It is a huge store room with uniforms for a large majority of healthcare professions, in addition to some other occupations, such as construction and outdoor settings. They have every imaginable color option, from black and green to the very bright and cartoon printed scrubs. They have a couple changing rooms in the back for you so that you can try on the scrubs. It wasn't very busy when I walked in, and I was surprised there was no one around to greet me or ask if I needed any help. One employee was helping a customer at the counter, but it didn't seem like the other staff were doing much. Maybe that was my perception, but it was a little disappointing not having anyone check in to help me with shoes and shoe sizes. In addition to the uniform clothing/apparel, they also sell stethoscopes, pen lights, reflex hammers, badge pins, badge clips, various tools, and white coats. All of their gizmos and gadgets come in various colors, sizes, and styles, too. From a conversation I was overhearing at the counter, it sounds like if they don't have something available or in stock, they can order it for you. I'm not sure how long the turnaround time is for that, but it's an option if it's something you need and can't really find anywhere else in town.They also sell shoes, shoe inserts, and some compression socks. The inventory and selection is very limited, but they have some shoes on sale. The prices are pretty comparable to most retailers, so don't expect to get a huge discount on shoe prices compared to most other stores. They do carry danskos, but only a limited styles and colors. If you are looking for more wild, colorful, and playful dansko styles, definitely come here, since most other retailers usually care the black or brown styles only.

Had an embroidery order done here and the job was done swimmingly. Amazing service and friendly staff! Teresa was a fantastic, efficient salesperson and great, personable conversationalist. Mark is also very kind and personable. All around great business!

Jeri's is under new management and what an improvement! Updated selections and great customer service. If you haven't visited Jeri's recently, you should. You will be most pleasantly surprised.

I just want to thank Sydney, I hope I'm spelling her name correctly. However she was very helpful, and very informative when it came to joking the rewards program. Definitely explained how I can also get a birthday reward which will come in handy. Thank you so much, I will be returning real soon!

Today, I purchased $66 of items including 2 penlights. I called back to get another DISPOSABLE PENLIGHT that worked. The young girl ("defensive Karen") on the medical side refused to give me her name because she did not have to. She stated that Jeri's uniform will not replace the penlight. It was the customer's responsibility to replace the battery. Incredible, it is a DISPOSABLE PENLIGHT which means the batteries cannot be changed. Really, I simply asked this "defensive Karen" girl to replace the defective penlight because it did not work. Why sell products that do not work? It is Jeri's Uniform that is responsible to provide products that work properly at the time of purchase. Talk about customer service, it needs work. This company should know the products they sell. The girl did not allow the manager to speak to me, she just hung up.
