The store has incredible staff, who go above and beyond to help! Liz has practically become a part of our family- helping make events in our family extremely special. Manager Alex also goes above and beyond!

Bought an engagement right here. The ring is beautiful and I have no complaints about that. The staff on the other hand, bad. When you buy a ring you don't always leave with it the day you buy it, they have to mount the Diamond which takes time; I get that, no problem. So they give you an estimated date of pick up, key word being 'estimate'. The Gentlemen helping me out said that date can vary and that they'll give me a call when it's for sure done. The estimated date comes and goes. I'm thinking "okay no problem, things happen." So a few days later, after the estimated date, I decided to give them a call, and what would you know the ring is ready. As a matter of fact it had been ready since the estimated pick up date. I guess they forgot to call me and tell me the ring I spent thousands of dollars on is ready? At this point Im a little annoyed, I could've had the ring days ago. So when I finally go to pick it up I ask a new gentleman that's helping me if they called me when it was ready. He super condescendingly tapped on the 'estimated' date and said "it's always done on this day." Alright, either the first guy lied straight to my face or this guys lying to me now. Whatever man just give me the ring I just paid thousands of dollars for, I'm not trying to argue with you. I guess the moral of this long winded story is, they don't give a rats rip about you, as long as they get their $$. Dont expect them to give you a courtesy call, don't expect any form of good customer service.

Awesome place! Make sure to ask for Brian or the manager Jim. I returned a watch that had a mechanical issue, not Jared's fault. But the manager and Brian made it right! They ordered me in the same watch and ultimately, I wanted a different dial color. They then ordered that one and were extremely patient with me and accommodating. Very well run store! Staff is excellent.

Mall quality employees. Sketchy corporate business guidelines. This is a stand alone jewelry store that should be inside Tucson Mall. Instead of next to a beer and burger joint and chain drugstore. One male employee you can actually hear swear a use terms like 'homey' 'bro' ' brutha' and use 'shit dude' for friendly terms to our 'hip hop looking' young adults. He even rolled out HIS chain collection from under his unbuttoned tieless undersized shirt. Honestly. Does anyone practice class and elegance at a jewelry store anymore. One 1 jewelry salesman does in that store. Most of the sales ladies do. But not the store as a rule. I won't be back. Nice enough jewelry choices. Could use some classier customer service courses.

There are so many beautiful things to look at in Jared's. From the moment you walk in, you are transported away to a place where the lighting is impeccable and the staff kindly greets you. They even have a space for children to play so that you can browse uninterrupted. There are unlimited choices and if you can quite find what you are looking for- they will help you look online at their website. Why the 3 stars?Everything costs money at Jared's. A warranty. Cleaning. Sizing. That's right- sizing. Every ring that I looked at was a 6.5. That's right every single one and if you want it sized- you have to pay for it. Other jewelers in the sake of good business will resize your ring and it is complementary. Sizing a ring is $29.99 and without any variety in ring sizes, if you are not a 6.5 you will have to pay.

I moved to Tucson 5 years ago, and started my search for the necessities, tailor, jeweler, butcher, barber, etc. I first came to this Jared location when a buddy bought an engagement ring for his now wife. Liz K. helped us (8 somewhat inebriated twenty somethings in a jewelry store - about as close to bulls in a china shop as you can get) select the perfect ring and taught us about the 4 Cs (cut, clarity, carat, color!). I have been coming back to Jared - and Liz specifically - ever since then. She has been great, helping be purchase my wife's engagement ring, our wedding bands, a watch, and various other smaller items. Liz is absolutely incredible, and I feel like I have my own private jeweler. If you've had trouble at other "big box" jewelers, come into this location and ask for Liz. You'll realize what customer service actually is after your first meeting with her.

1) artistry 2) integrity 3) equityI purchased a necklace onto which two rings of my own were to be attached which required that both rings be cut and a loop crafted to one.1) Artistry: In two conversation with her, Jared's jeweler came up with a design that ended with the top ring, which was strung onto the necklace moved smoothly allowing for an adjustable necklace length. Too, with the design she came up with, the two rings lay beautifully. She obviously cares about her craft and obviously cared that I was happy with her solutions.2) Integrity: The initial quote on the jeweler's work was lower than a subsequent quote as in the initial quote the scope of the work required by the jeweler was underestimated. While I did not object to the 2nd higher quote, the manager charged me at the initial quote because that's what I was quoted initially.3) Equity: While it may be common practice for commission jewelry sales, I assumed that like other commission sales people, that it is the 'closer' who gets the commission when a customer deals with two or more reps. The 1st sales person I spoke with said that if I returned to make the purchase, I need not call to schedule a time with her. In the four trips I made to Jared's, I worked with four different people, all of whom were attentive. I imagine Jared's commission arrangements contribute to employees having a sense of equity in the business not to mention feeling ease day to day, not competing but cooperating with each other.

I purchased a Tag Heuer watch Christmas 2018, late March 2020 my battery has died & I have no use of my watch. With our current pandemic situation I completely understand & comply with businesses being closed, Jared is now open by appointment only. When I called to schedule an appointment to drop my watch off at this location, which is where I purchased it, I was told they were only open for new sales. My very expensive watch has a dead battery after only 15 mos., & they will do nothing to assist me. If you are looking to purchase a new timepiece, I would not recommend this location.

This place is terrible! I just got engaged one month ago and I come to get my ring fixed because my rock is moving. They did help me repair it but it hasn't been a month and the rock is moving! Heck no! So the manager was extremely moody and rude. I come in happy because that's the ring my fiancé bought me but because how they treated me I wanted a refund back! I loved the ring not experience and I don't feel like giving my business to people like that! TERRIBLE!
