This gym is definitely not for the weak. No places for free water besides a bathroom sink. Disgusting. Place is always trashed. Machines are broken constantly.

You are better off going to planet fitness same thing as jag. Just with machines that actually work and a price that is a fraction to this...

BEWARE! They ripped me off $250, we canceled our membership and they continued to charge us for 5 months! I gave the owner the opportunity to make things right by refunding me for the unauthorized charges and they are NOT giving me my money back! I'm so disgusted with these people and how they treat their customers, bunch of CROOKS!

Great family owned and operated gym at a very reasonable price. Jaguar Fitness by far beats out planet fitness and all the CrossFit boxes in the area on my opinion. Yes it is not be as big as the CrossFit boxes or planet fitness. They have less equipment, but all their equipment is in great shape, they also have everything you need. Remember this is a true gym at a very reasonable price not a health club or jungle gym.

Cancelled my membership over a year ago and I am still being billed. Every time I call, they claim they can't do anything because they have a billing company that handles it. When I talk with the billing company, they claim they have cancelled it and we shouldn't see another payment come out. Yet, it still does because Jaguar fitness requests it. Billing company is now pointing finger back at Jaguar fitness, and JF gives the same excuse: "we can't do anything on our end". That is, when they FINALLY answer their phone. A simple google search makes it obvious this isn't the only time it has happened to a member trying to cancel but they have done nothing to change their ways or give any real apology. They are not registered with BBB either. Stay away.

Been trying to cancel my membership with this gym for about a month. No one answers the phone, and when they do they tell me to call a separate number that doesn't even offer an option to cancel payments. Doesn't make much sense to me but ok.

I'm sorry but they get no stars I have to give them one just to post this when they were small business they were great as they got bigger they seem to want bodybuilding clients I was there early in February when they were small they were so eager to help just recently because I only did kick boxing they seemed they didn't need me I wasn't a bodybuilding client so for that I give them no stars They took me off the schedule and seemed to ignore me
