medium shake they gave me after paying 4 a large. tricksters put that medium into that empty large & thought I wouldn't notice!

I went through the drive thru. I usually like this location, but this time was awful. I ordered a bacon smash triple burger and an order of mini tacos. The burger was a greasy mess. There was bearly any bacon and it tasted old. The mini tacos were like for in a bag? I usually get it in a box with all the fixings. The lady could bearly do her job. I won't go back.

I see a lot of low reviews for here but I have never had a bad experience with this Jack in the box. I don't know if they've revamped but this is my favorite one to go to. I have gone to some bad ones in the past and never wanted to go to Jack in the box again. But a friend said he enjoyed this one, and I have to agree, they are the only reason I keep coming back. They're super friendly, I've never had an issue with my order, and they just run super efficiently. I say give this place a try and make a decision after, don't listen to the other reviews!

I didn't get my food. Waited 30 minutes and the people behind me got what they paid for. I waited ten more minutes. Still nothing. It was late so you can't really walk up to the counter to ask what's up. I tried to get back in the drive through line and hopefully get my food that way but the line then didn't move for ten more minutes. I was worried of getting boxed in when I saw someone pull in behind me. When they had a change of mind and left I did too.And that's how I spent 20 dollars and nearly an hour at Jack in the Box and had nothing to show for it but a watered down soda. Never eating at one of these places again.

Why 5 start? This restaurant while fast food was clean and the service was super good. It has been quite some time since I have been to a Jack in the Box and I miss those nights after the club closes waiting in line to get tacos. YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH FRIED TACOS!! That is my poison. I'm frankly glad one is not near by as I might pass through too many times a week.I ordered a bunch of tacos hay can't beat 2 for $1. So I had extras for the hotel room. I did get me a cheese burger and the food came out hot and tasted great. As I sit here writing this review my mouth is watering.

i thought that i need to use the gift cards that i have around. so i went to jack in the box down grant and ordering was difficult but the girl was nice. i got a big bag that had a hamburger with bacon, only i could not see the bacon and lettuce tomato onins aand pickles but it seemed something was there and if it was it was small. i wanted two orders of curley frys but got given one curley frys and little tacos. that i did not like at all, and then lemonaide wwith strawberry that was so good.but i called back aand talked to th e mgr who wanted to replace it. so i went back two days later and it was terrible, and four young men worked them and looked like the homeless. they were not professional at all but nice enough but the food was terrible. i got a very thin,hambuger one slice of bacon, the burnt curly fries that were terrible and a lemonaide with strawberries and no catsup , so i drive around and got a good look at the guys again who did not seem to be in uniforms but once again they were not terrible just seemed to be out of place and no impression was made that made me think , i will ever come back. calling the corporate after talking to the mgr who was nice enough, i found the corporate to be closed.this is the worst drive in i have ever been to. if i were this company i would wake up to the success of in and out burgers, wendys , and others who seem to know how to entice people.

I tried to open the door to the restaurant and the door was locked.I go to the drive-thru and give my order. There is no answer for several minutes, then a male voice says "one moment". I asked if the restaurant is open? The male voice says, "one moment". I asked what does that mean? The male voice says, "one moment". I drive to the window and knock real loud. Finally a female nonchalantly opens the window and I ask why the male did not answer me or take my order? She says he speaks no english and she was in the restroom, plus there are no managers or assistant managers on duty. So I ask what do I do now? She says, if she was me she would have went to a different restaurant. WOW! REALLY?! That's JACKED UP! I'm guessing they don't need the business??

My experience here at this jack in the box off of Grant and Dodge was exceptional. Everyone there had a huge smile on their face and worked well together. My food was made fresh and in an incredible amount of time. I didn't wait longer than two minutes after I ordered. I will come back to this jack in the box every chance I get.

1 star cause I can't do less. My boyfriend and I have given this location many chances and they just keep messing it up. Always wrong food, always have to be parked to their drive thur time ain't horrible and you wait and wait. When I moved to the area I was excited about a Jack in the box since where I'm from we don't have them but now I never want to go back.
