Tweakers work here. Don't bother. Typical Tucson stuff. They can't get orders right or on time.

Extremely long wait time when I went at 11:20p. The cashier at the window was, hands down, the worst Jack in the box employee I've ever encountered. But hey! My order was correct.

I was expecting so much more. I hadn't been to a Jack in the Box in years, so we stopped to get milkshakes. They weren't making milkshakes, so we chose to get food. We ordered two orders of the tacos and a he bacon cheeseburger.We didn't get a receipt, so we couldn't justify our order when we got the wrong thing. Two orders was only one. No sauce or seasoning on the tacos. On the cheeseburger, there was a sauce that resembled BBQ sauce but was questionable. The burger itself was super overdone and tough. The food didn't taste enjoyable. Ok.... So our meal was only $5+, but when I go somewhere to eat, I expect a bit more than what we got. Sorry Jack in the Box, but I don't think I'll be eating anything but your milkshakes anytime soon.

I got the spicy nacho chicken. It was dry, almost broke my teeth on the hard onion rings. Chicken was dry as well. If you're gonna get a munchie meal your best bet is the chicken-tater-melt.

I just left there about 30 minutes ago and they didnt give me my sandwhich but they did charge me for it. I attempted to call them and complain but they either leave their phone off the hook or refuse to answer it.

Seriously, this place does not give a single care. Employees eating BEHIND the counter while still serving?!? Big dogs in the lobby- who cares- and forget about getting good/ decent/ pasable?!? service- Or even Your Receipt! This location does not care- even for a fast food joint- just look at the long history of crappy reviews and drive a few blocks more to ANY other location/ chain.

Two stars because the food is fine and stuff during the day. But I went out of my way to review because I stopped by at 3:50 AM (they are SUPPOSED to be 24 hours btw) and she said "sorry were not taking orders right now" I said that's fine because maybe they had something to do, so I asked what time she's take my order and she said 4 AM. So I went back at 4:05 AM and she.. yet again.. said "im so sorry I'm not taking orders right now" I was flabbergasted and didn't know what to do so I just said "oh.. ok" and left. I gave up. The first time was fine, I'm an understanding person. But she just.. lied? And STILL said no orders well past 4 AM. As someone who was having cravings and bad days I just had to put a review in for that.

Absolutely disgusting. I just threw away my hamburger and fries. Never again will I visit this jack in the box

They always forget items in my order worst customer service just went through drive thru and they forgot half of my order not recommended
