Tacos at 1:30am 5/19/23 were more like enchiladas.They were horrifically soggy, and very cold. They're the only place open near here at this time, but next time I would drive an extra couple miles to a well-known place before I come here.Never again.These make Taco Bell look like gourmet food...Can you say "soggy"?

Wow! This is the sorriest burger I've every bought from anywhere. A double bonus jack. Lol. I think they used it for a door stop. Flat, smashed and old. Thanks a lot Jack in the box. No wonder everyone says they are terrible now. I won't make this mistake again.

Went through the drive through at around 7:30pm was the only car there. My wait time was more than 10 minutes. I ordered the box with two tacos a burger, fries and a drink. When I got home my fires were stale and the bread to my burger was hard. Very disappointed.

We had a fantastic visit here on 3/21/2021 for lunch. Mateo in the drive thru was professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. Our order was made fresh, accurate and fast! This trip really stood out in a great way for us... We can for sure recommend this Jack & Box location!!

This is an extremely busy location. We were here for 7 min and during that short period of time, 4 people came in to order. There was only 2 people working and the cashier seemed overwhelmed/overworked and super irritated with everyone. At one point, she screamed while standing in the middle of the room towards the bathroom for the employee to hurry up and come help her. 20 min passed and we still hadn't gotten our 4 tacos, but everyone that ordered after us got their food. When we went to the register to inquire, they told us they were coming. 3 min later she came up to us and asked how many tacos. Expect to wait and not be treated very nicely.

I know 5 stars is gonna sound weird after they messed up my order but when I called I spoke to Katie a manager and she kindly replaced the order FRESHLY MADE herself along with some shakes for the inconvenience she didn't have ti add to my order but she did and she did it with a great attitude food was good and so was her customer service

Took forever to prepare the food. Joking around and playing instead of cooking. It took 30 minutes to get an order of fries. Normally jack has great service, would not recommend this store at all.
