Jack in the Box

My server was Diego, I got off a pretty tough day of work an this mans smiled at me and served me no problem. Diego is a chad! Support this man and I hope you are lucky to get him as your server! My Order was the Cluck Chicken Sandwhich combo #12 large size with loaded tiny tacos! I recommend this place it is really kept well clean with wonderful chill music to destress too. It gives you a vibe to match like the band surfaces I jam to so I can calm down and chill on a beautiful day!

Went for eat in lunch today. Cashier was a friendly young man. He brought our lunch to us at the table and repeated our order. Inside is very clean. Food was hot and tasty. Will we go back?? Oh yea! Wife loves the egg rolls.

I love ordering their Jack Wraps, but this location isn't it. Every time I come here I am extremely disappointed with the wait time. There has not been a time where I haven't had to pull out front and wait at least 10-15 minutes. It's called "fast food" get it together. Another complaint I would like to make is that majority of the time I order my Jack Wraps they come with a chicken nugget sizes pieces of chicken.

Armando using Marissa's name at the cash register handling food and drinks, running errands for the drive through and all without washing hands. Food handling violation. Left the cash register unmanned for 10 minutes. Had bagged some of my food and left it chillin while helping the drive through. Took 27 minutes from the time stamp on my receipt to getting my food. Another customer before me got about $16 too much in change and tried to give it back but Armando wouldn't take it. Had more change sitting in the counter near the cash register. The food was cold and two hash browns were burned. You could smell burned grease in them. Inedible. No management visible. Probably should close down this store and go into another business. Obviously food service is no longer something that you're good at. Too bad. This used to be a first class fast food joint. Now it's just a greasy spoon with poor service and poor quality food. The guy on the grill did ok.

Workers were noticeably irritated, which led to an incorrect order. We got a random burger with onion rings instead of the ordered jalapeño poppers and popcorn chicken? How does that even happen?Either way, not trusting this place again. Don't want to waste my money.

Why am I waiting so in a drivethrough line for over 15 min with my food??? Because Jack in the box decided to have 2 cars pull forward with no way to go around them!

On Friday, October 4th, 2024, at 5:52 PM, I went to Jack in the Box (Store 1571) located at 9530 E 22nd St, Tucson, AZ 85748. I ordered a Sourdough Jack and a Chocolate shake. When I pulled up to the window of the drive thru, I handed a young girl my card. She just left it on the counter and walked away, which I thought was odd. Then someone came to the window and handed me my sandwich. The manager came over and handed me back my card. I was still waiting on my shake, which was taking a really long time. Then a young man comes to the window and asks me to pull forward that there are other orders they need to get to. I said no. I am just waiting on a shake. (In my mind, if I had ordered a large order I would pull forward, but for a shake?) Then the manager came to the window and asked me to pull forward and I replied, either refund me the shake or get my shake. I am not pulling forward. She then yells out, where is the shake. Right away she hands me the shake. When I got home to eat my dinner, I noticed that the bread was so hard I had to tear it to just eat the middle section, and they left off the cheese. I only drank about ¼ of the shake and put the rest in the freezer. About 4 hours later I became extremely sick. Just started throwing up and had diarrhea. I have never in my live been this sick. I threw up for close to three hours everywhere. I was so sick I collapsed in my bathroom and just used the garbage can. When I did stop throwing up, I then started shaking uncontrollably. It was like a combo of shivers and seizure as I could not stop. Again, never in my life have I been this sick. I honestly did not know if I would make it to the morning. The next day, my throat was so soar from throwing up so much and my back ached as I believe I threw out a rib while getting sick. I posted on the Jack in the Box site about this incident but never heard back from anyone. I don't want to see this happen to anyone else and therefore I am sharing my horrific experience. I believe someone making my shake tampered with it and put something in it to cause food poisoning. BEWARE if you eat at Jack in the Box, they have a long history of problems with tainted food that dates back to 1992 with an E. Coli outbreak where people actually died. I don't know what would have happened had I drank the entire shake, just knowing that ¼ of it made me this sick. I will never eat there again.

I will never return to that particular Jack in the Box. The employees were trying to pocket extra money by up charging in the drive through. Management better correct their teams at all locations. Ridiculous trying to charge 22.99 for a 12.99 meal!

The rib eye burger sounded so good. I'm sorry to say it wasn't worth the $8.89 or whatever. It was dry and didn't taste like any rib eye had ever eaten. I was so disappointed. Sorry Jack. I used like the ultimate cheeseburger. But I can't afford to buy stuff from you and not like it. Bye Jack
