Jack Furrier Tire & Auto Care

Thanks to Tucson's pothole riddled roads, I was in need of a wheel balance and alignment. I have never been to any of the Jack Furrier stores but chose the Valencia shop due to its proximity to my work.I stopped in to have the wheel balanced. John, the manager, called me out to the shop to show me that my wheel was bent. He said there was no point in an alignment check until the wheel was replaced. Unfortunately, it was a factory wheel so I was going to get gouged from the dealer. John refused to accept payment for the balance because the problem wasn't fixed. A couple days later I stopped back in with a new wheel in the box. John had his guy's mount my old tire on the new wheel, balance it, and then do an alignment on it. (I won't tell you the price I paid because I don't want to establish a precedent, but I can say I've spent more on dinner for my family).I tried coaxing John into charging me more but he responded only by saying, "Just buy your tires from us."Well, that's an easy one for me when that time comes!Great people, great service, great deal!

They were fast, clear, great price and great location! I got a flat tires and they fixed it asap!!!

As I was heading into work of a Thursday , my tire started going flat. I was totally flat by the time I made it to the store. I was hoping for just a patch, but the tread was torn. Of course they didn't have the tire in stock and needed to get it from the warehouse, a couple of hours. So I asked a co-worker to pick me up.We went to lunch and saw the car parked out front, no call saying it was done. I went in paid for the tire, left and thought I was done. The next day I remembered they requested my wheel lock key but it was no where in the car. I went by personally and asked for my wheel lock key. They could not find it and then went with the idea it was locked in the mechanics toolbox and he was off for the day. The manager said he would call him and would have it the next day, Saturday.I went by on Saturday and asked for the key, but they quizzed me like I was lying to them. I expressed my unhappiness. If I had another flat, I would be stuck on the side of the road with no way to change the tire. Needless to say nothing happened.On Monday I went in again and asked for it. They didn't know where it was, but he a pile of keys to try. Apparently they 'loose' these lock routinely. After several tries, I was able to finally get on my way. I have never had such an experience. Be careful.

These guys were awesome I called them and ask for trailer tires and the had them and said they could replace them immediately I pulled in and the salesman was super awesome communication was great had me in and out in 35 min great job thanks so much

I have been to several Jack Furrier locations and have always had a good experience. I took my vehicle in to have an oilchange and replace the light bulb in the main head light assembly. The oil change went great and the top off the fluids and checked air in my tires. The told me they were un able to change the bulb. The insisted that they needed to remove the battery and the battery case to be able to remove the bulb and place the new bulb. They said that the bolt in the battery case was stuck and they couldn't remove it . But the could guarantee the repair because if the remove the bolt and it breaks it would need to be tapped . I would up just replacing the bulb myself it took 10 minutes . On my vehicle you just need to pull two tabs on back of the headlight assembly and the head light comes out allowing you to replace the bulb. They were either stupid or just trying to run up my bill. Either way I would not recommend this location for repairs. I will not be returning.

I pulled in, asked how long for an oil change, and was told under an hour. Under an hour it was, and under $25! Friendly, understanding, ( I didn't know what kind of car I was driving, don't ask) they were just like nice Uncles, checked on me to make sure i was ok, and all! Waiting room is icky, but I wasn't there to get decorating tips, I was there for fast, reliable, cheap service, and i got it! BAZINGA!

This is the only place I go now (if I can help it). We always get great service, it's a good deal for routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations as well as bigger services like repairs and tires. They're not going to try to oversell you or rip you off, and if they do recommend any services, they'll give you an accurate quote and be honest about how urgent of an issue it is. It can be really hard to find a trustworthy place for car care, but this is definitely one place I have no problem recommending.

Service At this location has gone down hill I've brought my vehicles here for over 20 years now that John has retired I won't be back,there are other shops that can do better than these guys . I have had three separate incidents with my vehicle where my vehicles oil plug was stripped twice and the other incident I bought four tires from them and they broke 3 out of the four center caps.

This for the location 51 E Valencia Tucson, AZ.I made a 9am appointment to get a tire repaired, tires rotated and balance and the oil changed. I had purchased my tires from that location and have been purchasing tires from this company for 30 years. I made the appointment because I had other things to do today and needed the donut off and the regular tire back on for driving safety. I made the appointment so I would not have to spend a couple of hours waiting for my car to go in the bay. I made the appointment because that is more efficient for both the company and me. I made the appointment because it is recommended on the website. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT!They don't follow the appointment bookings, it is first come, first served.I was told it would be 3 hours. I don't have anyone to pick me up and take me home. I don't have the spare cash for an Uber to get me home. I told them I would be waiting, that I did not have any other choice.After 3 hours my car was not yet in the bay. Somewhere between hours 3 and 4 my car was moved into the bay. After 5 hours my car was finally done. FIVE FULL HOURS!Was the work good, yes. My car drove great and the freaking low tire light was finally off. It was the good quality of work that I had come to expect from them. But why offer appointments, nay recommend an appointment if you are not going to honor them.Will I return to them? As long as my tires remain under warranty I will have my tire work done there. Will I buy my next set of tires from them? NO! Will I have my oil changed there again? NO! Will I have any other work done there? NO, no,no!If you are someone who can drop off your vehicle and pick it up that night or the next day, they may be a great place for you. But if you are one of the many who must wait for some reason, do not go here.

Prompt service and always ready to accommodate to service as needed. I def recommend. I asked for a high mileage oil change and they were at the price I currently pay using a private mechanic.
