Abby and her team were amazing. Abby gave great suggestions and followed up with me. There is a dress for every price range. There was a wide variety of styles and designers to choose from.There's a variety of sizes to choose from. Petite to plus size. If you are in between sizes it may be alittle bit of a struggle. There is no In house alterations.I've been here 2-3 times and had the champagne and cute interactive signs. I pick my top favs from 3 places but ultimately went with a dress from a different store. My friend did find her dress here.I would definitely recommend

I had a wonderful experience here with Emily. She listened to what I wanted and provided all the insights that I was looking into. I wanted sleeves and she let me know even if the dress doesn't have it they can make it. Although I didn't find my dress the experience was excellent and I highly recommend coming here to find your dream dress. The selection was great and all of the dresses here are beautiful!

I just had an apt on the 5th! The girls were so sweet! They let us have lots of fun and take pictures! It's a day I will never forget! Thanks lady's! And my dress is already in! So fast!

The experience we has this weekend at J Bridal was everything I had hoped for. My stylist Crysabel listened very closely and kept the options open when I was unsure. She was patient with my friends and family and their input. She picked the perfect dress just based on what I did and did not love. She was very fast to get the perfect veil on me which solidified the choice and I have my dream dress after just trying on 4! The owner was very sweet and chatted with us for a bit while we finished up our mimosas. Definitely recommend to all Tucson brides!

I had such an incredible time searching for the perfect dress at J Bridal with Katie! As a deaf person, Katie went above and beyond to accommodate me by making sure I heard everything she said and that she was in my line of vision to lipread. It made all the difference!Entering the appointment, I was pretty much starting from zero other than that I knew what I wanted the neckline to be. Katie was super receptive and open to pulling different styles, took the time to explain every little detail and differences between each dress, and explained to me how I could customize a dress either thru ordering or with a seamstress. Between my mom, my MOH, and me... we had so many questions. We spent the first hour stuck between two different styles, then at the end, Katie pulled out THE ONE! We were all so excited. She didn't make me feel rushed, insecure, uncomfortable... she really made this a fun experience and made sure to include my wedding party into the process! After leaving the appointment, I had tons of follow up questions which Katie was more than happy to answer via email! Then when I went back, she helped accessorize the dress. I am SO excited to get my dress next year!If you're looking for a cute, fun, and customized experience, this is the place to go!

I went to several bridal shops around Tucson, but nothing compares to J Bridal! The customer service far exceeded expectations! Emily was my stylist and she is the absolute BEST! Emily was incredibly sweet, attentive, and accommodating! She makes you feel like a queen and makes the process so easy and special! I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience and my dress! Don't waste your time at other bridal shops! J Bridal is everything and more!

Kaylee at J bridal was fabulous to work with. I was stressed finding a wedding dress and she made it so fun and showed me all dresses in my budget and style. I felt at ease and had so much fun! Kaylee has the best bubbly personality for this job as well , I totally recommend her!

I originally went it for the Sample Sale they're currently running, and didn't have any luck. BUT my absolutely amazing stylist Jess found me the most gorgeous, dreamy dress. Jess was phenomenal, she made the entire process so fun, and comfortable! The rest of the staff was also so friendly, and welcoming to a bride there by herself. 10/10 experience, and I'm so happy I was able to find my dream dress.

Went in for a last minute veil, and had the best experience and customer service ever! The owner helped me and she was the sweetest most genuine person ever! She offered me a ton of help gave me different options and a ton of wedding day tips! I was indecisive and she knew the exact questions to ask to help me make my decision. Such a people person! AND she played with my 17 month old so I could try on my dress! That was amazingly helpful! No question how or why J Bridal is successful.
