I was in need of a new helmet. I came here on a referral from the local Honda dealer. Pete helped me from the get-go. I was unable to find the type of helmet that fit my head. Pete sent me a local cycle shop, where I was able to get what I wanted in the form of a well fitted helmet. I returned to J & M to have some electronics installed. I wanted things to be kept simple and he was more than willing to help. Great customer service and fair prices. I'll be a loyal customer from now on.

I don't know what happen with this company, but it has really gone downhill. I recently called them to make sure that all the products a customer wanted for his Harley Street Glide would fit and work together. After the call I felt like everything should be good to go. The first issue we had was with the upgraded Harley (Hartman Kardon) radio. Bluetooth was added to the unit and in J&M ad it states "The ONLY exception is to track forward on the music source using a Bluetooth linked phone, you simply press the right-hand arrow on the face of the radio, instead of the right side handlebar control". We could never get this function to work, so we called their tech service department. It was evident that they weren't up to speed on this product and to told us that it would not work on all streaming platforms. So we went back and tried every available platform we had to see if we could get it to work and nothing did. After some research I found out that Iron Cross is the company that is upgrading these units for J&M. I called them and the told me that the track forward button option is no longer available on the units. I called J&M and told them what I have learned at that they need to change the information on their web site. To this day it has not changed. The next issue was when we were installing their Amp to the bike. The wiring harnesses we received with the unitdid not match the schematic that came with the installation instructions. We again called tech service and again they didn't know the product. They told me to e-mail pictures of the issue, which I did. We eventually did receive an email back from them telling us to call tech service??? While we were waiting for them to contact us we did get information from another manufacturer to wire up the unit. As I said, I called them at the beginning of this to make sure everything would fit. The rear speakers we purchased for the bike did not fit and we had to return them and we had to pay for the shipping. Finally it was time to send back the original radio unit for a return of a $400.00 core charge. On their web site it states "There will be a $400.00 core charge added to the total price at the time of purchase, and this core charge will be refunded when the trade-in radio is received, with all transportation charges prepaid to J&M Corporation, 1415 S. Cherry Ave., Tucson AZ 85713". We did get a refund, but it was for only $190.00 and yes we had to pay to ship the unit to them. This was a very disappointing endeavor with J&M and we will not do business with them again.

I purchased Rokker speakers and a 200 watt amp from J&M audio. I drove to Tucson for them to adjust the amp for the best sound!! I talked to Pete and Jim about what I wanted and Jim did he magic!! The sound is sooo loud and clear that I don't have to turn the stereo full blast anymore!!! What great people!! My next purchase will be Bluetooth speakers for my full face helmet!!!! Thank you all!!!

I have a Schubert helmet, and headset installation on those is difficult. Since I was doing some traveling, I made arrangements and dropped my helmet off on Thursday and picked it up on Monday. Pete was great to talk with and very knowledgeable. My helmet was ready as promised,, the installation was nice and clean, and a quick test when I got home sounded great! I've used J&M products since I bought my first Wing in 86, but this is my first direct contact with them. Talk to Pete, he'll take care of you!

J&M makes add-on audio accessories for cruisers, specializing in Harley and few Japanese attempts at big bikes (Honda Gold Wing, for example), as well as that little German company.J&M focuses on two facets:- communications- stereo upgradeson the comm side, they make a wide variety of upgrades for headsets, customized helmets, bluetooth and wired setups, etc. These are very well put together, albeit a bit pricey.on the stereo side, they sell speaker upgrades, amp upgrades, and even stereo upgrades. I replaced my stock Ultra speakers with J&M, and the sound improved 10000%! I blew on of them on a Rocky Mountain trip (still not sure how that happened), and after pulling it and mailing it in, got a new set as replacement (they don't like replacing individual speakers, as they feel it screws up the quality....wow!).They ALSO sell shorty antennas for about 1/2 of what anyone else sells 'em for...kudos to J&M for that!

I ordered a helmet that they advertised in an ad for a discounted price and never received it. I called and talked to Peter( rep) who said the order was canceled because the ad was wrong. When I bought up they had accepted the money he said that was a mistake and canceled the order. Very rude and deceptive practices. Avoid this retailer

I bought JM Rokker 200w 2 channel amp and speaker combo for my 2018 roadglide. After installing and then uninstalling to take my head unit and amp in to have the stage 5 setup done, this thing drowns out my buddies six speaker fosgate system. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and entire team in Tucson.

Don't do business with these ass holes!!!!!! I had them install speakers on my 2020 cvo Street glide Sturgis rally, Had several issues with the way they installed it, half ass job. Speakers are not as loud as my original Harley speakers. I Called them try to resolve issue. they Would not let me talk to the owner. Jim said he is too busy.i need to email him so I did 2 weeks later still haven't received anything. So i Facebook them Trying to get a response from the owner, 3 days later they instant message me and said the systems good and then block me. I have the rokker system for a 2014 Harley Ultra Classic. I purchased from J&M because of the demo i received at the DC Bike show. I recently upgraded my 630W amp and 4 speaker rokker system to the 800W amp. I have had a few bumps on the way with my rokker system. But the technical staff has provided me telephonic support and worked to iron out the issues. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I know that there is always something that may perform better. I think I have found one of the top contenders in the amp/speaker market. I would recommend this system.
