My Mom became ill and I wanted to send her some get well wishes. I'm across the country in NY so I used an online flower service to order flowers. J&J happened to be the local company servicing the area where my Mom lives in Tucson. The flowers my Mom received came on time and was an absolutely beautiful arrangement of fresh and bright blossoms. They put her in a very good mood.

The day after the gift from an out of state sender of a floral arrangement was delivered the flowers began wilting. By the second day the arrangement was dead. It was obvious that this outfit sent an arrangement from flowers that were at the end of their life and surely J&J knew that.

Want to send flowers to the one you love? Or Is your loved one feeling sick or possibly in the hospital God for bid. If so, you may be like so many people wanting to send them a beautiful bouquet of flowers to cheer them up or let them know you're thinking about them. Well in my opinion, don't use this place for your bouquet. I can't speak to the events, but I certainly can speak to the flowers. It all began when I was heading out to go to the hospital to do a "window visit" with my loved one, When my doorbell rang. Oh not once, but multiple times like somebody was having a major emergency. (Granted I'm already in an anxious state of mind and heart); when suddenly someone is banging --frantically mind you -- on my door. So now I'm really freaked out running to the door all the way from the back bathroom. I opened the door unsure of what was happening, only to see the backside of a lady running back to her car saying: I didn't want the flowers to sit outside. No. She didn't hand them to me gently and graciously. She never thought about the fact that I'm about to possibly lose somebody in my life that I dearly love. Instead she scared me to death and ran off and left me flowers that are half dead already. I took photos later when I got home of the flowers that were already beginning to brown and turn wilted. I called the shop and explained it to the owner. She replied: oh well I can't send anybody out today it's way too late! But I will have somebody call you before noon tomorrow. Lest I say, that never happened now it's day two and all of the greens that came with the bouquet are totally wilted and hanging down lifeless. I even checked to make sure there's enough water and realized this is the first time I've gotten a bouquet with that one of those little "food " packets. I called again but nobody answers the phone. I don't really have time to deal with this but I would certainly never bring these to the hospital. What is more, I will certainly not tell the caring friends that sent this bouquet and probably spent a good penny.

I wish I could give a negative five. My sister-in-law ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother out of state for her 85th birthday. I am with my mother. My SIL is not new to ordering flowers, ordered online from a photo. When the flowers were delivered my mother sent a photo to my SIL who was distressed. The bouquet contained 4 wilted roses, five wilted carnations, and some green ferns. This was nothing like what was ordered and looked like a kindergartner had just stuck a few flowers and greens into a vase - no care. SIL said there were no carnations in the bouquet ordered, and many more flowers. My SIL called and complained and was told they would send a new, correct bouquet out. Today the replacement was delivered. It was exactly the same only with smaller carnations. Not at all what was ordered. We do NOT recommend this florist.

My best friend from out of state ordered a large arrangement for me. A delivery came today and I sent a photo of it to my friend. She was distressed because it wasn't anything like she ordered; it was less than half of the flowers shown in the photo she used to order. She is trying to reach the owner to get it corrected or refunded, but remains on hold. She told my friend she was in Green Valley where I live, but she's not, she's in Tucson. I believe this was an effort to send an inferior product at less cost than was ordered

Flowers were delivered late and they were old. Barely lasted two days. I called within 24 hrs, no answer. Finally reached an extremely rude person two days after. She basically called me a liar about calling, and when order was to be delivered. She gave me such a hard time! I mean, I am the paying customer, and she was grilling me about the order. The right thing to would be to say, "sorry you were unhappy, we would be happy to replace your order". Never, ever, use this company.

I ordered a "Thinking of You" flower arrangement for my wife. I was out of town at the time the arrangement was delivered, so I could not speak to the delivery person about the poor quality of the arrangement. My attempts to contact the business by phone have been unsuccessful, and voice mail messages can't be left even though the 24 hour guarantee states, "PHONE US AT ONCE if you are not COMPLETEY SATISFIED IN EVERY WAY."Well, I am not completely satisfied and over the past 36 years I have had flowers delivered to my wife many times. However, the quality of this arrangement ranks last in appearance, quality, fragrance, and company assistance after the delivery.
