Jose is a professional and loves what he does. Been servicing bicycles for 17 years and it shows. Very personable, friendly, and efficient.

Jose has,worked on three of my bikes. He is very fast, knowledgeable, personable and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for in a neighborhood bike shop. It not the big, expensive bicycle stores selling $10K+ bikes and more. I'm not in the market.

Came in because my free hub decided to head out. JJ Helped me out when other bike shops said they wouldn't rebuild it. He said he could fix it with no hesitation, took only a couple days and he also did a tune up. Let's just say my bike rides like the first day I bought it. Highly recommended if you're looking for an honest bike mechanic and not a salesman!

Fast, friendly and professional service! A huge thanks to Jose for taking the time to get these travelers back on the trail. A broken spoke could've waylaid our plans to ride Tucson's trails but Jose stepped up to the plate and quickly fixed us up! We had a repair emergency and only in town for a couple of days for mountain biking. Unfamiliar with the area, we called and went to a few shops that were unable or unwilling to assist with the repair. We called JJ's and they were incredible. The service was above and beyond and the repair, under the circumstances, was extremely reasonably priced. They appear to be a local business and we were happy to support them. We will no doubt return if the opportunity arises. Thank you for keeping us rolling JJ Bikes Tucson!!!

After getting ripped off at a big bike company mortar store where I purchased my bike. I decided to take my bikes here. What a great idea. This is a true bike shop. One man band that actually cares about the community riders. My whole family and friends now go here. Good Job Jose.

Great place! Super fast and easy service and the owner is very kind and helpful. Also it's super close to campus so very convenient if you need any work done or gear for your bike.

My tire had a leak due to bad tape in a tubeless tire. He fixed it on the spot in 10 minutes. I couldn't get service that fast at any other shops. He's fantastic!! I'll go to him from now on!!

This is THE place for all your biking needs in Tucson. Jose is super helpful, knowledgable and very attentive. He assembled my daughter's bike when she moved in to UofA. Sadly, bike was stolen from her new apartment within 24 hours (bad job locking her ride). BUT Jose went above and beyond helping with a replacement. THANK YOU, my friend! Really appreciate your kindness, your time, your patience and your commitment to finding a solution. PLEASE, and I can't stress this enough, support local, independent bike shops like J&J. They are the heart and soul of bike culture and are absolutely invaluable. And these folks are your community. Spend your money LOCAL, not at Target, Walmart or Amazon.
