Ironwood Ridge High School

This by far is the worst school my kids have attended. Two of my kids are constantly being bullied. Myself and my wife are receiving texts or phone calls everyday from them, telling us how bad their days are going. The teachers and Principal will not respond to us, unless we go above them. Even then they do not respond. If you are reading this, just know there are amazing opportunities out there that do not include this dumpster fire of a school. We are signing our children up for ASU Digital Prep, which is a free online school that is free to Arizona residents. It is run by Arizona State University.The problem is Ironwood Ridge is full of kids that feel entitled to say and do anything they want, especially to other kids who are different from them. I know my kids will make something great out of their lives, despite the setbacks that this school and these kids have caused them. I just hope one day theses kids will apply for jobs to work for mine and they are turned away. That's just my thoughts. But I know my kids and the kind hearts they have, will probably hire them.

I do not recommend amphi they are poorly ran and they have no clue what they're doing. I don't recommend enrolling your child in this school, there are many better schools that are ran properly that are not ran by Amphi. Got your own sake and your child's sake look for a better school

library computers suck. something needs to be done about this....they either work and are extremely slow or they just don't work at all.

Football!!!! Great high school with wonderful teachers who offer a lot of help for the kids if they are struggling. The football program is A plus plus....if your son is good and you are looking for a program that has a top notch coach that will help your son get into college then this is the school for you!

Went here all four years which doesn't say a lot since covid took most of it away from me, cheer program is mid slowly feel off coaches were nice but some girls ruined it. Football 2022-2023 was absolutely garbage only won 1 game and it was at Flowing wells. Some kid decided to swing around a baseball bat and hurt someone really bad. Graphic design has the best teacher. Had only 3 counselors for the whole year of 2022-2023 (hear they only have 1 for 2024 so good luck). But to top the senior year off the graduation sucked balls, some rain ruined the whole night. Hired security guards went on a power trip and wouldn't let students outside the auditorium or the parents inside the auditorium separating parents and kids. People were loosing their shit, then the superintendent has the audacity to email everyone and blame it on the parents when it was infact the lack of communication. Principal was a great guy. Pincus should quit working at schools all together. But after all the drama,back stabbing, covid etc I think it was a decent experience

Mid + ratio + L + no maidens Customer service is awful. Do not recommend d food is soggy.

I graduated in 2019 and I will say this school is awful from bullying to drugs in the bathroom and crappy resource English teachers I don't recommend

Yes yes that's what I'm doing for a bit too much time with my friends lol I just don't wanna know how busy it was for him today lol I got a house on the house so he can get a new one piece for him and he can just bring him anything lol I just don't wanna know how much I got him I don't think he cares lol.

As principal of this fine establishment, i recognize and hear the concerns of the student body. I will continue to help our school strive for success and keeping a positive environment for all.
