My son ( 2 years old) started ISP this February after a horrible experience at another local pre school. The director, Cathy, is friendly, informative and involved. Ms. Jane, the toddler teacher is wonderful. My son blossomed at this school!

We are so lucky to have found ISP. It is the most welcoming, positive and inclusive environment for any child to thrive in. They made our transition to a new city so much sweeter with their care and attention. My son spent two years here and we are devastated it got cut short due to the epidemic. We already miss our ISP family so incredibly much. The facility is beautiful, but what really makes this place special is the wonderful staff. Khylia at the front desk is always there to help with an infectious smile on her face. The Director Cathy is always around with a helping hand and words of encouragement. And of course the biggest THANK YOU of all is to our wonderful teachers Miss Lydia and Miss Nooshin, who truly had a positive and very impactful influence on our family. Thank you ISP for truly treating us like family. We love you!

My family is so lucky to have found this school for my son. I am a major worrier, and highly recommend this school as a place where you can feel like your child is safe and having fun. The teachers were very supportive of his first experience with a Preschool/Childcare which was a huge relief. He is obviously loved here and has thrived.I love the focus on language learning, other cultures, crafts, and outdoor play. To be honest, I didn't know how much a curriculum mattered for my toddler, but he comes home talking about what he learned and constantly surprises me! We are fortunate to have such a special school here in Tucson.

Love this school and its community. We sent our kid here for its Spanish immersion program and are happy we did. The school is smaller than some of the other preschools in town, so there is a sense of community that forms easily with the families and teachers. The teachers are great. Our experience was primarily with Ms. Paola who is patient and kind. She makes each student feel special and welcomed. The Director, Ms. Cathy, is extremely knowledgeable and transparent about the program, which made our decision to select ISP so easy. Ms. Khylia, the front office administrator, is the first person you see upon entering the school and is so friendly and helpful. I can go on and on about their sense of kindness and making us feel welcomed at all times. Concerning the curriculum, it's wonderful. The Spanish immersion program has created the foundation for our kid to continue learning Spanish. Ms. Paola speaks Spanish during the class and helps the children navigate through their play-based activities, which I saw first-hand when the quarantine started and moved to online school. To be honest, I was more impressed once I saw how the play-based class operated (getting a toddler to tell you how their day at school went isn't easy). This school is a gem. It's an easy-going and friendly community with rich curriculum.

International School for Peace is a gem. Most importantly for a parent of a 2 year-old who first transitioned to school, it is such a nurturing and welcoming preschool. I love how it is so flexible and play-focused. At the same time, the teachers gently teach self-help and other important skills. The staff are emotionally supportive and respect each individual child's development. The children get to be relaxed because they are so supported. The children also get to be curious about different cultures, languages and ways of being in the world. As a parent, the school feels like a community. I am so grateful that my son has such a wonderful place to grow and learn: socially, emotionally, and intellectually.

Our daughter has been going to ISP since the age of two. She absolutely loves her interaction with the teachers, the staff and her friends. She comes home absolutely thrilled about everything that she has learned. We couldn't be happier with her experience. Other unique aspects of ISP include their willingness to accept children before they are potty trained, the peace education focus, and the multiple language enrichment/immersion (Persian, Hebrew, Spanish, etc).

International School for Peace is a great school with a great Spanish Immersion program. I have 2 children at the school and am amazed daily at the Spanish they learn and teach me. The class sizes are small and the staff is very supportive. I would recommend anyone to bring their child here. "
