Regarding the flowers delivered on Mother's Day. I know that staff is hard to get during the pandemic. But......these flowers were really lame. Typically roses don't last more than two days, but mine were dead on arrival. The rest of the arrangement was limp and in some cases brown on the edges. The card was to Zera. My name is Vera. The card was signed Jess. My son-in-law's name is Jeff. The order was phoned in from the Seattle area of WA and I guess that since it didn't seem like it would be a repeat customer, my Tucson arrangement got what was left in the store. Big disappointment.

I've always been very happy with all the flowers that have gotten from there I love that I can just go in there and pick whatever flowers I want and I'll arrange it for me. I've been able to pick some really unique flowers and have some very beautiful bouquets.

Rude, rude, rude. I like tulips so last year in May when I got married my mom went in to Inglis Florist to have them make me a bouquet. They wouldn't do it because it was too small of an order. Really?! Turning away business. Ok. So my mom got the flowers from Basha's and we made the bouquet ourselves. Now my anniversary came around and my husband went in to get me tulips once again. They didn't have tulips and the woman working there wouldn't offer my husband any help with another bouquet. She just rudely told him to look around and couldn't be bothered. So he left and guess what, found TULIPS at Basha's. Yay Basha's. So I guess the bottom line is, world's suckiest florist if they can't even carry what a freakin' grocery store has. And learn some customer service!

Years ago Inglis Florist delivered quality floral arrangements, I don't know why but the quality of flowers has really been disappointing the last couple times we ordered from them. I received an arrangement today (Valentines Day) and the lilies in the arrangement are brown. My daughter called and complained and they sent someone to replace the lilies; however, I don't think we will be using this florist anymore.

The older lady was rude! Terrible customer service. Flowers looked ok but I can't get over how absolutely rude and unpleasant she was. I will NOT go back. ...and, I called their number but was actually talking to the broadway folks; screwed me over a bit.
