This place is amazing. Who knew such a wonderful restaurant exists in Sierra Vista. (I'm sure there are others) We stopped in on our way to our place in Bisbee and loved the food. We will be back. I absolutely loved the Lemongrass tofu. The service was great and it's a cute little place in a strip mall.

We drove in from Texas and yelped some restaurants. This one had the best reviews and it sounded appetizing so we went... The reviews did not lead us wrong! We had the Combo #1 and it was super good! We ate all of it. Then we shared an egg noodle with chicken plate. So glad we decided to share because it was a generous portion! The flavors were there and tasted fresh. We joked about making this a weekend thing. Definitely we will return. Oh! And the service was very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We didn't take any pics because we were hungry and tired but the presentation was there.

Indochine has been on my list of must try spots in Sierra Vista and I made it...finally. Geez, What took me so long?!?!The Location. Another spot on the main strip (Fry). If you were in another city, you might call it a hole in the wall but most of the non-chain restaurants here have that vibe. The Vibe. Indochine has an at home, relaxed feel. The Service. It is seat yourself which we did. I was slightly nervous initially because my co-worker and I sat there for 10 minutes before we saw a staff member anywhere in the establishment. Once past that preamble, service was good and fast. I ordered, walked outside to place a quick call, then to the restroom, and BAM! in less than 10 minutes my order had arrived. The Food. I ordered Chicken Stir Fry and in rapid succession, the dishes of my co-workers arrived: Beef Stir Fry, Teriyaki Beef, and Shaking Beef. All four dishes looked great. For me the Chicken Stir Fry was so good and EASILY the best meal that I have ever had in two extended stays in Sierra Vista. As shown in the photos, the stir fry was loaded with veg. The sauce was an excellent and well balanced combination of slightly salty, savory, and umami but not strong or overpowering as sometimes a hoisin or teriyaki or Sriracha can be. I wanted more of that sauce - like a rice bowl full - and a spoon.Overall. Indochine Family Restaurant is now my Go-To and favorite restaurant in Sierra Vista. So damn good and there are many more dishes for me to experience.

Location:Indochine Family Restaurant is located next to the Fire Station on East Fry. The restaurant is a one-story structure which appeared to be large in nature. Next to Indochine is "Angela's Nails" and two other stores. The parking lot is small but holds the number of cars for that business structure. Capacity:The restaurant is that of a medium capacity, which is good for small groups and lunch gatherings. The ambiance is that of a Thai setting, with indoor seating. Discovery:I was advised of this restaurant via my classmates. I observed the yelp reviews, which was 4 stars out of approximately over 190 reviews (July of 2022) and decided to check this restaurant out. Currently, this restaurant has 4 stars with over 197 reviews. Initial service:I walked into an open service area, and we were greeted by nice staff. We were told by staff that we could sit anywhere that there was open seating. The waitress was professional, and we received our drinks in a timely manner. A short time later, the waitress received my lunch order. Food:The food arrived within 10 minutes. The presentation of the food was adequate. The portion of the food was adequate, and the quality was good. I had no complaints. Alcohol:I believe that this place serves beer, but I have not ordered any. Orderly:The restaurant appeared to be clean and the single male bathroom was clean. Price:With the food ordered for myself, the bill was approximately $13. Grievance:None. Recommendation of business:I would recommend this business to family and friends. **I have been to this restaurant approximately 10 times since being out here (Sierra Vista)** Good spot to eat fried rice, wonton soup and beef soup. Conclusion / Overall:Based on the service, the quality / quantity of the food and the ambiance, I will give this restaurant 4 stars.

My longtime bestie (from middle school!!) suggested we come here for dinner and I'm so glad we did! This restaurant did not exist the last time I lived in this area, over 20 years ago, however Sierra Vista has always had varied international food options due to the nearby military base. This place is on point with wonderfully fresh Vietnamese flavors. Their website says "mouth-watering, authentic Vietnamese cuisine" and that is very accurate. The food is just right. Pros:- excellent flavors. - once we ordered food, it came out very quickly. - very fresh! Their website and my friend said they grow a good amount of their herbs/greens in their own garden out back. Currently they have listed as growing: green onions, Vietnamese cilantro, mint, jalapeño, Thai basil, cucumber, eggplant, mixed greens, and zucchini. - Thai tea was yummy. - generous servings, well priced. - happy to support a small, local place. - decent selection of vegan/vegetarian options as well. Cons:- the service was slightly "lacking" meaning that it took a while to get the check and a box. We were chatting for a while after we had finished eating so not in a rush necessarily, but the server did not come over to the table too often. Otherwise no issues.

I came here based on Yelp reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. I'll tell you one thing though their portions are large. However, it was really delicious. I had the vegan tofu spring rolls, and the menu said that there were only two, but there were really four; they were ginormous, and the peanut sauce has a really nice consistency. The other thing I got was the chicken bamboo soup. It was so good; the ginger that was in it was just perfect, and there was plenty of the chicken and the bamboos in it. I really enjoyed the tasty broth.

Was in the mood for some Vietnamese and this place did not disappoint. For one thing, they use real fish sauce; although my salad was an appetizer, the chicken was very fresh and the seasoning was just right. It had almonds and little slivers of shallots that were just the right touch. I will certainly come back here when I've got a bigger appetite. I want to try a few more items on the menu next time.

I love pho And when I heard about Indochine I was all in Unfortunately they were not The service was horrible it's as if they forgot about us. It's not a big place but they refused to acknowledge our presence. And the pho was not the best or worst that I've had. meh!
